Finding another cleaners for my husbands shirts… the employees are pleasant but the owner is nasty with a better than thou attitude. For what? Your place is a dump, your equipment doesn’t work and your Unilocal reviews suck. The best companies are always the most humble.
Pay a few cents more for actual clean clothes, this place is not worth the hassle.

This is THE WORST cleaners! It doesn’t deserve the one star I have to give it, to write this review! I took a comforter, 3 dresses, a jumpsuit and several of my son’s jeans, to be cleaned. I don’t believe they cleaned ANY of the items. One of the dresses was a white dress… it’s EXTREMELY obvious they did not clean the dress. Amongst other things, you can still see the creases, from sitting, on the back of the dress! I will open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and expose this place, via the news, next! Do not take your clothing to this «establishment»!

This place is terrible!!! Lost my shirts twice!!! Act like they didn’t care when I told them will never go back.

My husband and I gave this place a try for the last few months, but we’re done with them now. They really don’t clean things well at all. The lines are crazy long and I’ve noticed the missing button thing another poster mentioned. $ 2 is no bargain if the clothes aren’t actually cleaned at all.

I used this dry cleaner because of convenience to my workplace and because it was inexpensive. It was a huge mistake. There is absolutely no regard for customer service or for cleaning clothing well at this place of business. Save yourself stress and find another dry cleaner. My husband’s expensive shirt came back ripped near the pocket. It was a large rip and beyond repair. When I asked for compensation I was given a ridiculously low compensation and it was merely a credit to be used in their dry cleaning establishment. I certainly did not want that as I do not want to return for more clothing to be ruined. The owner was rude. One can only pay cash at this lousy dry cleaner. Buttons come back ruined or missing. Spots are not removed. I will never return as I take time selecting clothing for myself and family. There is absolutely no regard for customer service or doing a decent job of dry cleaning at this place of business. If I saved any money by using this dry cleaner, I spent it by replacing all that had been ruined by them.

I made the mistake of using these guys to clean my mothers expensive designer coat. WRONG! It came back with not two but three irreplaceable missing buttons. oWhat would it hurt to save buttons. I understand that you are «not responsible» for buttons. It’s just good customer service. No effort is made toward good customer service.

Good service nice workers. 2 dollars any garment fair price. Very busy on Saturdays and next day service.
