Just ate here, had a small issue and the GM Brian swiftly took care of it. Good food, great environment, and great service! Will be returning, highly recommended!

Horrible service!!! Slow, very slow. The waitress moved like a snail. I waited 15 mins for water and another 45 mins for food that NEVER came. This will be the last time I come to this establishment. A waste of my lunch hour, meanwhile I still have to go find something to eat.

Simple, the last two times I have been my family and I waited 20+ minutes for service while customers who came in after I were serviced. The last time I walked out. Waiters and waitresses standing around talking, looking at you but declining to service you. Complained to the manager and she frankly couldn’t careless. Not a friendly environment service wise at all. I recommend to anyone that they do not give this place their service! I give this place a star because I have to.

One of our favorite places to eat. Good food good costs. Naturally is going to have hiccups when the place is jammed packed at peak hours. Prefer to go early morning late evening. Staff gets busy with so much going on. Put yourself in their shoes. Most of the servers are out of high school as there first job. That’s my two cents

Worst service ever!!! Didn’t get all the food we ordered, slow waiter, grits were hard and appeared to have been sitting out for awhile, order incomplete, the other servers didn’t help when we asked for refills cream ect and worst of all the manager didn’t say anything but it was his fault because the server was new and had too many tables but didn’t offer to give us a discount or for us to come back another day and they would make it right Horrible Horrible horrible NEVERCOMINGBACKAGAINAND I SUGGESTIFYOUWANTGOODFOODGOHOMEANDCOOKYOURSELF

My last trip in there — the waitress was horrible — disappeared from the floor, drinks not being refilled in a timely fashion. Looked back toward the kitchen at one point and she was on the phone. Not sure how she got 4 stars on her apron. Not to mention — I went there for the corned beef and cabbage dinner — it was on the menu but was told they stopped serving it.

The food is always good. You never have to wait long to get your meal. The kids love it!!! The only downside is sometimes the wait time can be more than 30 minutes.

i give this place a three star only because the service is ALWAYS slow. The food is amazing(if they have everything, always running out of certain things). The rib eye is what i always get and its the absolute best. Cheap place to eat to get a full belly.

My mother who’s 65 really like this place and so my sister tries to take her here at least every two weeks. I usually decline today however I decided why not. When you walk in there is a lot of items that you would think to find in someone’s closet. From rain boots to blouses and the accessories in between Cracker Barrel definitely has something to tell everyone. So when I arrived they were already seated I ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium-well it came with the traditional fixings of lettuce tomato 1 pickle. The lettuce was limp the tomato was mêlée. The burger was cooked correctly however it did lack flavor my fries were good nice and hot thickly sliced. The coffee was decent I was actually surprised at how good it was. My other beverage was a raspberry lemonade served in a frosty mug and did not require ice. I’m not going to say that I would eat there again… I’m not going to say that I wouldn’t… it’s not going to be my first second or third choice, but my mother seems to like Cracker Barrel quite a bit and so for that I’m sure it’s some point down the road I’ll have another meal there.

I’ve only ever gone to the restaurant in the early morning(before 7) and would rate my experience as excellent. The pancakes are to die for. The coffee is hot and aromatic. The eggs are always perfectly cooked as ordered and the staff is prompt and courteous. Cracker Barrel is definitely my favorite breakfast restaurant! Try the pancakes!!!

Best pancakes ever! We love the service and the staff. The food is plentiful and delicious. It’s certainly a calorie splurge, but it’s comfort food at its finest.

Very slow service which is uncharacteristic for a Crackerbarrel. Lots of employees standing around and talking while hungry customers are looking at them.

I have been to this place several times so I feel comfortable to say you will be pleased. First the service is outstanding and her accommodating. All the servers I have had have been genuine and super friendly. I only have eaten the breakfast items because that’s what I love and it’s always yummy. Please check this place out you’ll love it too.

Came here for breakfast with my Mom. If momma is paying I’m getting everything. And I did! lol! I got the pancakes which were freaking fluffy clouds of greatness! They tasted like butter. I don’t know if I was really hungry or were they really that good. I’ve had their pancakes before but never have they tasted that GREAT!!! Umm buttery goodness :-) The bacon was delish and so were the hashbrowns! Did I mention how great the pancakes were? Lol!

We came here late at night, dinner for two. It’s past St. Charles Mall, going towards La Plata and nothingness. The food was good standard fare for Cracker Barrels. I guess because of its location, it doesn’t seem to be as homey or cute as others. It wasn’t lacking, yet it was? Service was great. I felt bad we were there so late, but our server was still incredibly accommodating.

Okay it’s breakfast so what am I going to say? Sure the eggs are delicious and the bacon crisp’d just right. The celebrity of the dish is the hash brown casserole done the Cracker Barrel way. But let’s not forget the biscuits, so fresh light and fluffy, the butter wants to slap the knife for not getting put on quick enough. I overheard the butter say, «hurry up and put me between that biscuit so this fool can eat.» Now this Cracker Barrel is a little bit under the Cracker Barrel par when it comes to breakfast. But then Cracker Barrel as a whole does breakfast better than most so that’s still pretty good. The waitstaff is warm(I don’t mean to the touch) and friendly and they keep the coffee refills coming. If it’s your first time at a Cracker Barrel, you’ll notice the rocking chairs that align the front porch with price tags attached. That’s because they’re for sale. Yes, you can buy the old-timey chairs. When you first enter you won’t see the restaurant but greeted by what looks like a country store and gift shop. Actually more gift shop than country store and it’s got all kinds of stuff to browse through. Keep walking through and over to the left and you’ll get to the place where the restaurant actually starts and someone will seat you. Don’t worry about the gift shop for now because you’ll be coming back this way before you leave.
