Staff is always friendly. I always get French vanilla ice cream, brownie, caramel sauce, gram crackers and cinnamon. It’s always good. The only reason I gave it four stars was because sometime the price changes depending on who makes my glorious creation.

So we came here last night to satisfy the craving. By the time we got our ice cream and sat down it was around 9:45 and they close at 10. So at around 9:54 one of the two employees working gets my fiances attention and says«We close in 2 minutes» umm okay? That was rude. And the fact that my fiancé is in a wheelchair after suffering from a back injury was also rude to basically tell us to leave like that.

I have to agree with a previous review I read about this particular Cold Stone. Every time I go there, they’re always out of something! I took my son, niece & nephews there as a treat yesterday. We waited in line for which seemed like an eternity just to find out that they were out of cones & Oreos! How can you be an ice cream shop without ice cream cones? The children were of course disappointed because they really were looking forward to getting ice cream cones. I’m pretty sure I could’ve taken them to McDonalds(which I am not a fan of McD’s either) & they would’ve at least had ice cream cones & an Oreo McFlurry!

I’ve been to this Cold Stone a few times and every time I was greeted with professional employees. They were friendly and never messed up my order. Also I always leave out with a little extra ice cream :). I freaking love this place. I always get the Strawberry Blonde or the Surrender to Strawberry(I think that’s what it’s called).

Let me preface this by saying I LOVE Cold Stone. I’ve lived in several cities in several states across the country from North Carolina to Alaska and have really never had any issues and I’ve certainly never walked out with nothing. The problem with this Cold Stone is that it’s terribly inconsistent. I’ve been coming here with my husband for several weekends since April. The first couple times we went, everything was amazing! We even told our friends that it was the best Cold Stone we’d ever been to! But since the beginning of May it’s slowly gone downhill. I’ve walked out twice with nothing because they’re out of everything I’d usually get by 2pm on a Saturday. For example, chocolate cones. They’re out of chocolate cones by 2pm. On a weekend. Why? This is one of the things they’re KNOWN for and they’re completely out? The excuse I was given: «Oh, we usually make those in the morning.» Meanwhile, there were three employees standing around doing anything. I know for a fact that they’re very easy to make. Not only do I have friends who work at Cold Stone, but at the Anchorage, AK location you can ask for one if they’re out and they’ll make it in front of you — it takes 5 minutes start to finish. But apparently at this location they make one batch in the morning and if it’s gone at noon, then oh well to the rest of their customers until 11pm. I wish they would get back to their pre-summer standards because they were awesome then.

I love cold stone just not this one. I’ve been here at least 4 times. I will say that they keep it clean. However their employees seem trained haphazardly. We get charged different prices for the same orders. Yes we are those boring people that have the same order but we know what we like :). So first we ended up with a bottle of coke that had been opened and was flat. Second I tried a low sugar smoothie and they never added ice so I got a warm mouthful and wasted over $ 6. Lines can be long.

Friendly employees who get the job done as quickly as possible. There’s usually a long line so customers tend to get impatient too quickly. If they do not have ice cream, they put a signs up to let customers know– this is courteous and something I have always appreciated.

Pretty good… I alway get the mud pie mojo… Its way too small in there and it gets pretty crowed quickly. The staff is friendly but really slow. Sometimes, whn im not in the mood for the 20 min line i just go to the food lion and get Blue Bunny’s take on the mojo… and i will asy its a close second:)

Ok… where do I start. First off, I am not really a fan of Cold Stone, but my partner’s mother LOVES it, and so if we are in the area — it’s only to visit her mom. So we will stop by here periodically and grab her her usual Rocky Road ice cream. Out of the 6 times we have come here, only 1 – 2 have been pleasant. The other times, the incompetent staff either messes up, takes their sweet ass time chatting with the other employees about boys, girls and what they are doing after work, or they take so long trying to figure out how to use the register that the ice cream is melting. I know how it is to be 17 — 19 working in fast food, been there, done that but come on! It’s ice cream, scoop, mash and move along! The last time we came here, we ordered a pre-made cake. The young lady who helped me, did not care when I said I had an ice cream order too. She made me pay for the cake, then wait in the long ass line to get the ice cream. By then the ice cream in the cake was melting, and she refused to put it in the freezer. Fortunately, some other sane employee was there and did so for me. But of course, I had to wait in line again. I wouldn’t have normally done so, but this was for a birthday party and I had no choice. Additionally, another time that I came here I sampled 3 flavors before ordering and all were either too frost burnt or not fresh. They claim their ice cream is made fresh daily? I beg to differ… Will I come back? Probably to be honest — because it’s the only one in the area but not for myself. It would be for my partner’s mother. Never would I come here for something for myself. I don’t think the ice cream is good or well worth the pain in the ass it causes just to get the ice cream.
