Always hate giving a locally owned place bad reviews. Service is generally pretty good. They are also good @ accommodating groups @ last minute. However I have ordered lots of things over the past few years & just don’t care for any of it other than their gyro, which is just ok. 1 star for the gyro &1 star for the accommodations. SORRY :-)

Service was great. Food was what you would expect from a small town diner. Nice quiet area to stop between Chicago and Cleveland.

Having been here several times, the main negative issue has always been the service. The food is adequate as far as diner food goes, but this place needs to finally address the adequacy, promptness, and efficiency of the servers. The last visit on 04÷18÷14 really went beyond fail, where I don’t feel I can return anymore. Our waitress delivered our salads to our table with no silverware. We hunted her down to bring us some, she returned to our table to inform us «we had a really big party earlier and at this time we have no silverware and when we do I will roll some and bring it to you», this as our salads sit before us. So eventually we receive the silverware and food(with empty drink cups as usual) and she asked if we need anything else. We stated ketchup for our fries, and the response was«due to the really big party be have no ketchup bottles but if I can round some ketchup up I will». I will tell you these are just two examples of many more service hiccups. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t have alot of patience.

I’ve lived near this place for almost 3 years and finally decided to try it. They serve breakfast all day and have a wide variety of lunch and dinner options. I had the Honey Skillet and my bf had the chicken gyro. No complaints– they were both delicious. It’s a diner so it’s reasonably priced. I’ll be back to try more items for sure!
