Keith’s Tree Removal Inc

We sadly had to take down a very unsafe 150 year old sugar maple. Keith’s tree service was the most fair price out of the 4 tree companies we got quotes for. They arrived punctual and were extremely professional. Our job required a crane, a chipper and a large crew and they all worked together like seasoned pros. We are very happy with our service! We have already referred them to other people.

I was referred to Keith’s Tree Service. In the midst of the snow storm of 2015, I like many others was worried about our roof.
We had a few others give us estimates of approx $ 500 to $ 700 (for the whole job). The others said it would be a few days to get to our house.
I called Keith and he assured me was the cheapest around. I emphasized I didn’t want to spend a fortune.
He showed up with his crew. They cleaned off the roof, left the snow where it fell (on my stairways etc) which was a ton of work for me after they left. They didn’t chip away a single ice dam. They were there 2 hours total.
Keith took off and i texted him as I wanted to settle up.
His secretary said the bill was $ 1,450. I almost fell off my chair. I asked for Keith to call me, he never did. $ 725 per hour? I could have hired a crew of attorneys to shovel in suits.
End of the day Keith’s tree service was a major disappointment to me. If you ask me he is a «rip off artist». Don’t hire him.
My neighbor (albeit with a smaller roof) paid $ 350.
When the insurance adjusters came. I showed them the bill, they said «yeah, we had a few other people complain about that guy».
I got taken by Keith, I would avoid him like the plague.

Couldn’t say enough great things about Keith and his crew. I found him through a local contractor.
They did an excellent job with no hidden extras. His prices are very fair and competitive with other tree removal services. After taking down the trees, Keith left the area much cleaner and neater than before he started.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone needing tree removal or trimming.

I used Keith’s to have 3 trees removed. Made an appointment for early December. They showed up after 10 and only managed one of the three. They then pushed back the next few appointments. After one month, all trees are down. So, they will get your trees down and clean up reasonably, but if it’s time sensitive, maybe look elsewhere.
