I have been taking Pilates with Connie for several months and love it! Classes are small and customized to your level, and the individual attention Connie provides can’t be beat. She is able to focus on each student in class to provide the guidance to ensure the poses are correct. With her help, I have see major improvements in my flexibility. Would highly recommend

I’ve been taking classes with Connie for almost two years. I’ve taken many pilates classes with different instructors, and Connie is certainly one of the best I’ve had. She modifies exercises when appropriate and pushes me to challenge myself. She is very knowledgeable and is constantly switching up the routine with new exercises. All the classes are mixed ability — from absolute beginners to more intermediate students.

Connie does a great job in making Pilates accessible for all fitness levels. In the past, I’ve taken classes that have left me miserably sore and never wanting to go back, however Connie makes adjustments to your fitness level so you don’t end up hurt. If you are a beginner and want to get in shape, you should start with her Pilates class!
