We really wanted to work with High & Tight after receiving rave reviews from friends. Unfortunately, it seems that their company is either very overwhelmed with recommendations and they are understaffed OR that they just are not interested in taking on new clients. We spent most of our time chasing them down for weeks for an estimate after our consult, only to be told that they assumed that because of their back log we wouldn’t want to wait. We found this lack of follow up and the reason provided to be rather presumptuous and unprofessional at best. It’s obvious they have the ability to crank out wonderful work — it’s just a pity that they were not able to live up to the hype.
