Stopped by here a few times for lunch and I always order to go, once at the bar and the last time online. Each time I’ve been the same young lady whom works at the bar always helps me. She is a pleasure to be around. My food is always fresh and ready in 15 minutes or so(depending on what I order). But overall it’s a pleasurable experience.

We went Saturday afternoon for lunch and the place was pretty empty. Our server was friendly. My only complaint was she was slow and would disappear for a while? We ordered the queso skillet and our server brought us two large baskets of chips without requesting it. The food was really good. I shared the steak and shrimp fajitas with my child and my other child ordered the Bone-In Buffalo wings appetizer as her meal. She received the boneless but we didnt complain! My spouse ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad which he ate ½ of and said it was a bit soggy? The Ziosk tabletop games were enjoyable. My kids played Life which kept them entertained while we waited for our food. I give it 3 stars for the slow service and the slight mix up on my childs order. Overall a good lunch!

Ok food for a chain. I had the Sante Fe chicken salad. Very good. No complaints nothing great. Issue I had was with slow service and failure of the server to pickup dishes that we were not using. She left the appetizer plates, wouldn’t pick up other plates that weren’t needed. Just poor service.

Pretty good experience on 4⁄25. Ordered a size-able takeout order for the family and I, everyone really enjoyed their meals. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the fajitas were spot on, and my son was pleased with the ribs. The only thing that kept this from a five star review was the fact that they forgot the appetizer of fried pickles in our bag.

Went with my family on Valentines day. Two older children and my husband. Wait for as busy as it was seemed pretty short. We promptly got our appetizers and drinks but then suddenly realized 45 minutes had lapsed and we had not gotten our dinner. Server did not write down order which I never think is a good idea. When we found her she«checked» on dinner and came out in 10 min. My son’s steak was the wrong size and MR instead of MW. Couldn’t find server again so found another very helpful server. She brought him a salad while he waited and manager brought it out quickly. Never got an apology or much concern from our own server. I understand things happen, I just want honesty and maybe an apology from the appropriate person. Felt like we were the«throw away» table for the server of the night. 20 min to be sat and 2 hours total for apps and dinner. With kids you don’t want to take quite that much time. They get restless.

Have eaten at this location for the past 3 Sunday’s and ordered the same thing– crispies with corn on the cob and broccoli. I started to send the meal back as the broccoli and chicken crispies did not taste as great as they had on the previous 2 occasions. I assumed there was a different cook in the kitchen. Previously the broccoli did not need to be cut with a knife but on yesterday the only way to eat it was to cut with the knife. And the crispies were harder than previous visits. Corn on the cob was delicious as previously had. Out of work today due to food poisoning. Was up most of the night vomiting and passing diarrhea. Little achy today with chills. In bed all day only consuming ginger ale and water. Hoping to return to work tomorrow for at least a portion of the day if not a full day.

Probably the best Chili’s i’ve been to. Most others were in NY and NJ and were kind of bland. This place has flavor and is clean. Good combo

We saw the new items on the menu on-line and went to try them out. We ordered the enchilada top shelf beef — It was awful! First it had very little beef. The beef it had was tasteless and it wasn’t pulled as pictured. It was small fatty pieces of beef. Secondly, the waitress was less than friendly. After reporting the food problem to the manager, the best that she could do was bring us a cup of several more pieces of tasteless fatty beef. Unacceptable!!! What she should have done is to either gave us the opportunity to get something else. Give us a free dessert Or comp the entire meal. Won’t going back.

Love the fries loaded and the table side games if so this chili’s is the place to be. Our server was not only amazing but so was the food. Now having been here years prior with horrible service this was a pleasant change. So because the service was so great and the food was so good I anticipated it being worse on my next trip, but boy was i wrong. We came a second time and everything was just as good with amazing service. The restaurant was wonderfully clean and the bathrooms were stocked and freshly cleaned. What amazed me was that it was during a rush hour when most restaurants can barely make it to their bathrooms. Great job, and cant wait for my next visit.

It had been 3 years since visited this location and service was horrible… Well not much has changed. Waiter disappears while drink cups sit empty. Cold cheeseburger which you could tell was a result of them cooking other items first. They did replace as they should have. Looks like it will be another 3 years.

Yes it’s a chain restaurant, but I was out to lunch with a group of 10 ladies and that is where someone choose to go. It was my first time at this location and I have to say the service was four star plus. We were seated immediately, they happily put together tables for us in just the location I requested. The meals were all brought to us correctly and in record time. The food was delicious. I had the spicy shrimp tacos, they had a great chili lime spicy sauce. The shrimp were plentiful. I can’t comment on the meals of others, but some of the ladies got the philly cheese steak sandwich and I would have taken a picture if I was closer as it looked like a yummy work of art. Good job Chili’s in Wake Forest. I will certainly return.

Umm don’t ask why I was at Chili’s, lets just say at a big family outing involving many kids and hungry adults, finding a local restaurant that served caged free this or organic that was not an option. Familiarity is usually the theme of most people’s restaurants selection, which lead us to Chilis. Food was good. Had a watermelon margarita that was a good break from the norm. Beyond that, service was solid and ample parking.

I usually don’t like this place and don’t go often, but I had a coupon for buy 1 meal get one free. I’m not sure really what it is but the atmosphere always just feels wrong and cheap. It also always feel dirty in this place. The food is just average for the most part but free is free as they say. Well tonight was no different just felt dirty and for some reason I just never like male waiter(I’m not sure what that is about must have had a bad male waiter once). Seems like the wait staff is always male. But I must say I was very surprised by my meal tonight. It was very good. I hade the chili rubbed chicken with mango salsa on top it was great. It came with broccoli and rice. I usually i never get broccoli because it is usually way over cooked but tonight it was perfect and the rice has some seasoning in it that was also tasty. First food I have ever enjoyed at chili’s The food was good but the rest of this meal was just average so I give it a 3

We were headed to RR for my daughter’s 11th B-day but she was having second thoughts and wanted to try something else. As we pulled up to RR, she spied Chili’s and decided she wanted to expand her horizons. A plus for me was they had the BCS bowl games on the tele’. This Chili’s is relatively new and seems to have brightened up the atmposphere a little bit. Around the Bar area is still kind of dark and wood grained, but over in the separate dining area, the colors are a little brighter and the décor is more lively than I remember from other Chili’s I’ve been to. The onion straws with jalapenos(appetizer) could stand a few less onion straws and several more jalapeño slices. My bride & I went for the two for $ 20 deal. My steak was overcooked — I had ordered rare, but it came out medium well — I learned my lesson a long time ago about sending food back to a kitchen(I spent a few years working in a chain restaurant kitchen, and you do not really want to know the things I’ve witnessed), so I chose to just smile and eat, after all, this wasn’t Morton’s or Sullivan’s, where perfection is the expectation. The service wasn’t outstanding but it was certainly better than adequate. Our server made sure our drinks stayed full and took our order promptly. Service slowed down when it came to waiting for the check… I mean it really slowed down. While waiting for the check, I decided to go to the men’s room. I don’t think the men’s room had been serviced all day — it wasn’t that it was a mess, but one stall was completely out of TP, and the other was running very low. TMI, I know, but you deserve to know and should always be thinking about it before sitting on the can — «Is there any TP in the dispenser or will I be asking the stall next to me to ‘spare a square?’» Anyhow, as objectivity goes, there’s room to improve, but it’s not a bad place to go.
