Amazing fast service for a car lockout, would definitely suggest to call haps if in the same situation

I spend a lot of time in the MRV because I own a condo there. I have never thought to go to Haps for car service. This morning, my car was making an odd sound that concerned me as we were preparing to leave on a 3 hr road trip. I called Haps and they took me by the afternoon. (Meanwhile, all of the dealerships in Burlington were booked solid for over a week.) «Big Josh» drove my car as we stood there, diagnosed the problem and then put it on the lift to show me exactly what was going on. And then refused to charge me. At the same time, my sister mentioned some work that she had been quoted for by her dealership. Josh was able to give her advice on each repair and quoted nearly every one for significantly less.
Being that we are up so often, I am seriously considering having Josh and Haps do the regular maintenance on my car. These guys were kind, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful little shop with a friendly staff. We had some car trouble while passing through and the folks at Hap’s put the car on the lift, quickly figured out our problem (just some rocks grinding against the brakes) and then refused to charge us anything. Straight-​forward, honest service station — take your rig there.
