We spent a lovely evening here MLK weekend, on Sunday night. The décor is not homey or particularly cozy, but the pizza made up for it! We were greeted with friendly smiles although they seemed busy, and seated right away. My husband and I enjoyed a terrific Caesar salad with extremely crispy and fresh romaine lettuce, we LOVED it and it was huge. We also love our pizza’s which had thin crust that was delicious. We recently returned from living in Europe and we will never eat chain pizza again, and are usually skeptical about pizza since we’ve had the best. But we truly enjoyed our pizza here on our vacation. Service was terrific and I would highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area!

Service was great, pizza was just ok. Nothing special. Maybe I should try their specialty pizza next time.

Best pizza in Vermont! Ordered the«Bayonne» style pizza and it did not disappoint. Thin crust and absolutely delicious. Friendly owner suggested maple wings and OMG… WOW! Would highly recommend this place as a must have!

I love the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and my husband loves the Meat Lovers. Luckily they let you get half and half! I never thought I would like Buffalo Chicken Pizza, but this version is just SO delicious. It even comes with a side of blue cheese dressing. This is one of our favorite places to stop for dinner after a long day skiing at Sugarbush. The inside is a little dumpy, but the pizza is good. There are also good beers on tap. I just wish they opened a little earlier(like 4pm) to accommodate hungry skiers. If you get rejected from the pretentious, annoying(but delicious) Flatbread Pizza, come over to Bongiorno’s for a more casual, but still good dinner.

We were looking for a place to have a retirement party for two of our Real Estate Agents, this past October. We worked out a budget on Mike’s recommendations and it went perfect. Everyone loved it and his estimates were spot on. Thanks so much for making it a great event!

After a long day of skiing at Sugarbush, we decided to order pizza from here. It did take an hour, but they told us it would take an hour. That’s my only gripe. Other than that, the food was great. We ordered a traditional pizza and Vermont style(maple buffalo) wings. I thought the wings were excellent, the maple syrup gave them a unique taste. The pizza was yummy too. Being from Northern, NJ, I’m picky when it comes to pizza, but I was content. I would definitely order from here again if I was skiing at Sugarbush.

This place is open as of 5÷1÷13. Food was good. Only one of a few opened in the valley. Service was good. Pizza was great.

First point – it’s the only delivery service in the area. That pretty much means you’re going to find yourself having their food at some point. The good new is, the food stands up! As a pizzeria, you can’t do much better in the Hinterlands of Vermont. Previous poster recommended ‘Bayonne Style’ – it’s a winner. Ditto on the Vermont wings. It would be easy to have Bongiorno’s delivery for years and just have those two things… but it’d be a crime, because their entrees and sandwiches are truly wonderful. You won’t leave hungry and it’s easily the best bang for your buck in the area – which can be a double-edged sword… parents have figured this part out and will bring children here. Accept this simple fact and you’ll be able to enjoy your meal and you will go back. My advice to you – order your delivery pizza half-baked and finish it off in your oven. They’re happy to do it and it will make your pie sooooo much better.

Had dinner here last night. We ordered the veggie & it was awesome. Veggies super fresh, yummy cheese & the crust was really crispy. Can’t wait to try the super thin crust. Rich at the bar: best bartender ever!

This place makes quality food and they deliver. Do try the Vermont style wings! They have an interesting slightly spicy sweet taste and are made with quality chicken. The spicy wings are also good — not hot. My caesar salad was fresh, authentic and tasty. I was even able to get my anchovies on the side. The pizza is well made with good ingredients, but it is not in the NYC/New Jersey pizza realm. On the other hand, it isn’t greasy and its great after a cold day on the slopes. The outside of Bongiorno’s is a cute barn, but the inside is a bit like a Pizza Hut, complete with phone ringing off the hook and screaming kids. The waitstaff are nice people but if you are used to fine dining, you better prep yourself with a mild anti-anxiety tab or a couple of glasses of wine — of which Bongiorno’s has an affordable and totally acceptable selection. Better yet, take it to go and enjoy by the fire!

If you walk in here and order a pizza, it will suck(like all other pizza in the area). BUT, if you walk in here and order a pizza«Bayonne style», it will be the best pizza in about a 200 mile radius. Why? The owner is from Bayonne, NJ, and evidently, «Bayonne style», literally translated, means«I’ll have a pizza that doesn’t suck, please».
