Tropical Whip is awesome. Their frozen desert was very delicious and the owner was really nice to talk to.
They are located across from the AAFES on Schofield Barracks which makes it hard to get to them unless you are stationed on Schofield. I hope that one day they will move beyond the confines of a military base.

Something unique, delicious, and conveniently located on Schofield Barracks. Kids really enjoy the variety of daily changing mixed flavors and the overall texture.

Wahiawā, HI
One of the best concessions by PX/​Commissary. Price wise is less then $ 3 and the whips are really tasteful. Always friendly service and the owner is very open for suggestions. The mango and pineapple is my favorite but can’t wait to try some of the other flavors. New flavors every week I believe.
