Awesome breakfast deal here. Only $ 3.95 for 2 scoops of rice, 3 longanisa, 2 eggs, and coffee. My wife and I love it. You can also choose corned beef hash or other meat/fish instead of longanisa. Additionally, the service was friendly and fast. We’ll be back.

They have the most disorganized system here! It’s always so chaotic whenever I go in. I like their BBQ sticks and most times I just want to pick up BBQ sticks and go straight to the cashier and pay. But their system is so disorganized, they have a line building up for people ordering their food. And you have the cashier ringing up ever so slowly backing up the line even more. Meanwhile the«order takers» are standing around doing nothing while the cashier is backed up and have to ring everyone up. Was in line for 20 minutes waiting to pay my BBQ sticks! Such a terrible experience! I’ve brought it up to them at least twice and it seems to have gotten worse. Every single person in line is just as frustrated as I am. Makes me not want to go there anymore.

Everything is fine just a bit pricey! And also the food court staff is unorganized and messy. The servers are rude every time my girlfriend and i go there. They don’t smile or ask if we need help, if we have question we were ignored. Please! Who ever own this fast food, fix the issue. Bunch of people have the same complains like i do.

As a proud Filipino, I am saddened more than a disgrace to bee giving this review two stars because in reality and in honesty, everything about Grill City except for the pork sticks and maybe some others is really a «Meh. I’ve experienced better,» for real! I have been coming here since Seafood City first opened and I could already tell that the service especially is going to go downhill. Why is it that sometimes, Filipino food establishments have the most aweomsemest food but their service sucks? That’s just my opinion and as bias that I may bee, I gotta be real for some of these Filipino places for real. Brief History Before Jollibee, Valerios, Red Ribbon, and Magnolia, Grill City was the first food establishment to open when it opened along with the entire Seafood City Supermarket. I guess it comes along with the whole Supermarket and it is Seafood City’s food eatery. Location It is conveniently inside the Seafood City Supermarket all the way on the far right end of the store. You cannot really miss it if you go just straight ahead if you are coming form the entrance of the store. It is kind aright next to the restrooms in the back. Grill City itch The food here is alright. I would say the best thing is the chicken and pork bbq sticks. They also have CHOKERICE! It’s kinda funny because if you buy one of the combo meals like for example, a pork bbq meal or even a fish tilapia meal, the amount of rice is like 70 percent more in proportion. What I mean by that is there is no balance of rice and the entrée that you are ordering, you will guarantee have like 60 percent of rice left unless you love rice. What I suggest is ordering a soup with the combo and then pouring the soups on the rice. For all of the combos, you get to have a choice of either soup or salad which is pretty good because it makes the meal a little more complete. They run from the $ 7-$ 10 range which is pretty decent. You also get a drink which is pretty good too. So again, my favorite is the pork and chicken bbq sticks. They also have fish, squide, whole chicken, noodles, soups, and other Filipino food like kare kare, panakbet, etc. For desserts, they have a lot like halo halo, halo halo shakes, taho, etc. FYI — their halo halo is aight. In regards to the customer service, everytime I come here there seems to be some sort of issue from having to wait for someone to serve you to just communicating with what you want to order. You would think you would get better service even if you speak Filipino but nah! Filipino or non-Filipino, just saying! Not hating! Anyways, they alkso have family packs and weekday deals which is pretty good and worth it.

I lost my keys there. When I got home, I called and the phone rang 18 times before anyone answered it. I asked if anyone had turned in keys, they said yes, I described my keys and they said they might be mine but they weren’t sure. Then they hung up on me. I called again, was told no, no one turned in keys, and again, promptly hung up on me. The next time I asked for a manager, was left on hold forever. I emailed them twice and added that I would reward anyone who had found my keys, and no one bothered to answer my email. These people know absolutely nothing about customer service. I’ll never go back there again. I had to get all of my keys replaced. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Awesome squid. And everything else looks great I have to try eating here again. My team mates eat here a lot so I guess I’ll join them. Didn’t know this was here.
