Best haircuts we’ve had in a long time! My hair cut and both of my children’s looked great, from two different stylists. Even my two boys, who hate having their hair cut at all, think these were their best cuts in a long while. Thanks so much!

After she ruined my hair twice, I made a formal complaint. She refuses to take responsibility for the damage she caused to my hair and for her lack of professionalism. I requested a full refund, she refuses to do this. Any business who refuses a customer a refund after they’ve requested one (for lack of good service) is not a business anyone should use because if it happened once, it has happened before and will happen again. This is a business you should NOT use! Stylist is terrifying as she does not know what she is doing and will likely ruin your hair. Do NOT trust her! I will NEVER go there again under any circumstances!

I treat myself to a mani pedi about every 3 months. My feet are awful, full of callouses due to a foot injury. Jill is great. She takes the time to do the job right. My feet are in heaven and I love the massage to my feet. I have had Saturday appointments so I am not sure what happened on the negative review,

Business hours are 9am-​5pm. I showed up at 10am and still closed. I called and asked what time they’d open and I was told the business hours are between 9−5pm. I said it was 10am and the woman on the phone just yawned. LOL! I asked about a pedicure, and she said no pedicurist on Saturday. Hmm are they really in business?

Jill at On Stage Salon in Waikoloa Village was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The manicure and pedicure were the best I have experienced in a long time. The salon is clean and offers a very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Jill for an excellent mani/​pedi. Thank you, Mary Lynne Richardson

My husband and I had pedicures this week. Heather also gave my husband a haircut. His spa pedicure was $ 30/​with a scrub. My basic pedicure with polish was $ 25. Haircut was $ 20; total for everything was $ 75 excluding the 20% tip we gave. Heather was professional, took her time, very personable and we would definitely recommend her for men and women. The salon is small, but comfortable and clean, nice smooth jazz played in the background with salon decorated in autumn and holiday décor, being late November. Good experience.

Landed on the Big island in need of a pedicure. Called a couple of places and wasn’t impressed until I spoke with Heather at On Stage. I had the best pedicure i’ve had in a really long time. In fact I can’t remember one this nice! The first time in years someone actually knew what to do with a cuticle pusher. I can not recommend Heather enough and in fact, everyone working in the salon seemed friendly and professional. A big bonus to an already great vacation!

Three of us had one pedicure and two manicures. Great massage, they didn’t rush us out the door, and we were relaxed and had beautiful and happy hands and feet when we left. Highly recommended.
