A little on the funky side… Not the best neighborhood but the food was good and the owner lady was nice. Huge selection on the menu. Yeah, Steven S., the Micros are a little rough around the edges but hey, welcome to Polynesia braddah.

I come here at least twice a month! I usually order veggie spring rolls and the vegan phở. They have a vegan menu with a lot of options, you just have to ask for it.

Dirty. Tofu was old and stinky in the tofu saimin. Napkins on table had stains. Saimin spoons and forks were dirty. Old and wilted parsley with my wife’s sandwich. My brisket phở was okay. There was a baby left on one of the tables who was crying. Did they wash their hand after tending to him/her? Idk. Two Micronesian girls worked there. One was walking around in and out with another baby. They never smiled, never said hi, and they looked dirty. Just dropping off food and then going back behind the counter to eat and drink. Wife found a hair in the vermicelli before we left. The owner seems like a nice man but the place and its practices need to be a lot cleaner.

Phở is on point! I always get the beef or mixed with brisket. Sooooooooooooo good. I wish they gave more lime and added jalapeño slices to the order. Other than that, my phở craving was satisfied!

Vegetables were old and brown! I ordered the oxtail phở noodle soup and it smelt nasty. Soup was sweet. Only thing I like was the summer rolls but the bean sprouts in that was brown too. Peanut sauce was good. Wouldn’t go there again

I guess the only good thing about this place is the quantity of food you get, but I’m not sure if its a good thing if the food you get is complete s***. I ordered the soft pot stickers, talk about the cook not really giving a s***. The wraps were raw and drowned in oil. They weren’t even put together. They fell apart when picked up.

Came to check this place out since I was craving phở. It’s located right next to Dong Yang, you can park in the front or back parking lots. When I got there, the restaurant was completely empty so we were serviced right away. Yay! The menu is so big, there is phở, udon, plate lunches. all different kinds of food. I knew I came for the phở, so I got the house special phở and my boyfriend ordered the oxtail phở and spring rolls. All of our dishes were so big! After finished the spring rolls, I was already so full. When our phở came, the bowl was huge! It was very tasty, the oxtail and beef was so awesome. I couldn’t even eat half of it because the portion was enormous but I didn’t wanna take it with me because I had work. I would definitely come back and try the rest of the menu. The prices for the portion of the food are on point! Definitely would recommend. Happy I found a good phở place near home.

I just recently discovered Saigon Noodle House 3 in Wahiawa. It is located across the street from Wahiawa McDonald’s and next to Dong Yang. We were greeted with a smile immediately upon entering the door and seated at a clean table. We love green papaya salad so ordered it with lemongrass chicken. They serve it with lots of other toppings as well. We also ordered Singapore noodles with beef and a seafood chow mien. The food is prepared as the orders come in so it is fresh. We loved the green papaya salad. It was flavorful with attractive plating and a generous portion for $ 7.99. The Singapore noodles came next and it was amazingly good. The noodles are thin and look a bit like skinny long rice but the texture is a bit more chewy, which I like. The dish was beautiful and I wish I hadn’t forgotten my phone because I would have taken photos to post here. Again, the portions was very generous. In fact, I brought half of it home to eat later. Yum! My husband ate the seafood chow mien and loved it. I have to be in the mood for seafood and wasn’t today so he got to have it all. The portion again was pretty generous and there was more toppings than noodles. I like an equal portion of noodles to toppings, or more noodles. My husband likes the toppings more, so he was very happy. For a big Hawaiian not to be able to finish all of his food, it says something about the portion size. When we were finished with our meal the owner and chef surprised us with a taro tapioca dessert. It is delicious and plenty sweet for 2 people to share. It is much sweeter than the tapioca we usually get from Bale but still quite yummy. Four bites satisfied my sweet tooth so hubby got to polish off most of it. Our bill was about $ 27 and change for the 3 dishes. Reasonable in our opinion. Hubby was so pleased with the food he tipped $ 10. Another patron there was eating the oxtail soup and she said it is the best she has ever had. She comes in often and eats a bowl there and takes another order home for later. We will have to try that next time. The oxtail soup is cooked about 12 hrs. and made fresh daily from what we were told and served with a choice of noodles. If you want friendly service, fresh, tasty, moderately priced food in a clean setting, check out Saigon Noodle House 3 in Wahiawa. They also serve Korean food such as meat jun and kalbi, some Chinese dishes and steak. The owner’s wife said they try to cater to the folks living in the area and since Wahiawa is a military town with lots of different palates, the menu is quite diverse but still focuses mostly on Asian cuisine. There is probably something for everyone and we will be visiting there again very soon.

Man, we were so excited to come in and see this menu. Five star beef noodle soup, kalbi, banh mi sandwiches, chow fun, oxtail and tendon phở… we wanted to order everything. The couple that owns it is very very sweet and made us feel welcome but we were very disappointed with the taste of everything. Oh… and husband found a hair in his food :/We didn’t say anything and he totally refrained from informing me until we left. Good idea since I would’ve flipped out. Mom & Pop places have that hole in the wall atmosphere but you still got to wear a hair net, come on… But again, good peoples, great food items, but taste just wasn’t up to par.

I have been all around the Pacific, and I will tell you this is some of the best mix of dishes I have had in a long time. The service is quick, and the food is great. Its a family run restaurant and you can tell that when you see them bring dishes out. I highly recommend the Lemon Grass Chicken plate, you get a great bang for your buck!

Tried the oxtail phở… was just ok. Too much noodle and not enough oxtail and tendon. And gee those two things are like really cheap in chinatown. So for $ 11 was not really worth it. Non existent service from the micro lady. Really disappointed. Going back to Phở My Lien and Kapiolani coffee shop save my stomach.

Came here for lunch with a group of mommies and rambunctious daughters. Major props for the very kind and understanding staff as the kids had their own table(5 under 5 I believe!) They just smiled and kept saying«that’s okay». I’m sure it was great birth control for everyone else(all males) in the joint at the time. I was sharing with the LO so ordered pretty basic with her in mind– vermicelli with bbq chicken and spring rolls. Our big group’s food came out in pretty good time and both my daughter and I enjoyed our food. She absolutely devoured the taro tapioca pudding, her first taste ever. Thai iced tea was also delish. I think this is the first time I have ever come to Wahiawa to eat and it was a great experience. I’m sure I will be back.

This review is specific to the Bahn Mi samich I had. Stopped in here to try it out for the first time. Place has parking in front and back. Even though it’s tight it’s still parking. The place is a fixer upper in an old building that has had problems in the past. Overall it has the look of an old place even though it’s new. There’s a few 2÷4÷6 person tables. The gigantic menu board is oddly blocked by a tall plant which I thought was odd. They were friendly enough so I stuck it out and ordered. Even though I saw the price of a Bahn Mi Lemongrass Chicken sandwich was $ 5.50 I figured I’d give it a try. They brought it out in less than 5 minutes and once I held the wrapped package I knew it was small. But it wasn’t until I unwrapped that I noticed just how small. By far, the smallest sandwich of its type I’ve ever had. If this is a trend then I’m worried cause I love these. I included a picture so you can see the size compared to a pen. The sandwich was awesome though! But since it was so damn small I sat there wanting more and feeling like a total sucker at the same time. So while it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time I’ll have to say this is a no return joint for me. It’s Wahiawa after all. Bigger and better can be had for less. If you don’t mind shelling out the bucks for a good sandwich give it a try. But unless you eat like a bird then I’d recommend you buy at least two.

The food was really good. I had a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, and my friend had the standard pad Thai. We were both pleased. The décor is strange and the entrance is on the side of the building, so the front door is covered and locked. That made for a bit of a strange introduction to the facility but we got over that quickly. Our server was really nice and attentive. We felt cared for. If I were in town again, I would swing by. The prices were reasonable. I would have given it 5 stars but the décor and the windows being covered with photos of menu items kind of threw me off.
