New to the area, I was seeking a friendly, accesible pediatrician when I scheduled our first visit with Dr. Leo. The clinic while easy to find, is in an an office space that is outdated. The nursing staff was not helpful and we had to unnecessary provide duplicate information at our office visit and afterwards. While our appointment with Dr. Leo was thorough, the necessary aftercare(referrals, paperwork, followup) has dragged on for weeks due to their office inefficiency and perhaps understaffed capabilities. If you are military dependants, I recommend elsewhere since they are not familiar with the TRICARE/UNITED protocols. Can’t recommend this clinic.

Need a Wahi’awā community health center — pronto! Present situation is poor. Wahiawā Medical Arts Clinic(where Dr. Baysa, Tesoro, etc. used to practice) has sure seen better days. In summary, understaffed. Just one general practitioner who is overloaded with patients. Bless her heart for sticking around to serve. If you are sick and need care, their schedule is unable to acomodate you until weeks from now.(However doc has been gracious to help my grampa on her lunch time or before/after hours.) Takes several days(a week now) to get a refill authorization for my grandpa’s regular maintenance medication because doc is overloaded. Been going there my entire life, and it’s sad to see what has become of this clinic. Hoping it will be revived some day.
