Good service, fresh food and appropriately priced. The drive thru was a little funky.

Last night they were super nice. They gave me the coupon price of $ 5.00 for the $ 6.00 deal.
Way to go KFC.
Although cook more crispy chicken, they are always out of it…

Horrible food! It tasted like it’s been sitting there for a while, I saw flies in the cooking area, and my stomach was in severe pain after eating w. I wouldn’t recommend this kfc location on my worst enemy.

My mother had to repeat her order more than three times (even with clear pronunciation) until I had to put down my window and say it. And, when we finally did get to the drive-​thru window, they had missed one thing. That was so frustrating. Decent food but bad service atleast on this incident.

Poor service. One must wait for chicken to be cooked. No cooked fried chicken at lunch or dinner time?.

The food is always good but the service is just awful! My husband and I went through the drive thru the other day and we were placing our order when the girl taking the order kept cutting us off and interrupting what we were saying. We kept telling her that we weren’t done with our order and then she let out this loud sigh as if we were wasting her time. Sorry cupcake but… you work here; it’s your job to take orders. It’s also VERY pricey for the small amount of food you get and most of the time, they don’t have any extra crispy White meat. The last 4 times we’ve been in there, we were told they were out of extra crispy. at Noon? During a lunch rush you have no extra crispy chicken? As I said, the food is good but the service is crappy. The people that work there speak broken English and sometimes it’s very hard to understand them.

I have never received bad service at this location…
I usually use the drive-​thru and the staff is always super friendly! I ALWAYS get the HOT WINGS. I don’t even need the mashed potatoes with gravy (SO GOOD!) or the potato wedges (YUMMY!), as I just go home and eat it with RICE (HEY, I’M ASIAN!)… but the hot wings are nom, nom, nom delicious! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and with a kick of spice which I love!
Always fresh!
Cheap too! 6 pieces for $ 4.99. Can’t beat that!

WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
Showed up at 10:20 a.m. to find out that they were closed. Called the number listed on Unilocal and someone answered and informed me they didn’t open until 10:30 a.m.
Decided to wait until 10:30 a.m. and then went to the door. I could see someone was behind the counter. I looked at the hours of operation sign and confirmed they were supposed to be open at 10:30. I knocked on the door but the guy behind the counter ignored me. I knocked several times and he kept ignoring me.
At 10:35 a.m. I called the phone number again but body answered.
Another customer walked up around 10:37 a.m. and we both knocked on the window and were again ignored.
Finally, another employee came to the door to inform us that they wouldn’t open until 11:00 a.m.
THE SIGN SAID «10:30 A.M.» YET THE WEREN’T GOING TO OPEN UNTIL 11:00 A.M. AND WHO KNOWS HOW LONG IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO FINISH THE ORDER AND PROVIDE THE FOOD WE WANTED.
We left, drove to Zippy’s down the street and ordered fried chicken.

Today I decided to stop by for some lunch on the way home from my shopping adventures. I waited at the drive thru speaker for minutes and I was the only one there. I tried backing up, going forward… maybe the sensor wasn’t working? But nothing happened. I was about to yell into the speaker «umm hello?» But I noticed that another worker had come outside and was motioning to someone inside. So i waited. It was still some time before someone came on and asked me what I wanted. They got my order ready pretty fast and I drove away just glad to have gotten my food. I’m pretty patient most of the time and would have been ok with the whole waiting thing… But then when I got home I realized that I was missing a piece of chicken AND they didn’t give me a spork for my mashed potatoes!
