It’s Bojangles’. If you want better chicken than KFC, go here. I love the biscuits. The steak or the sausage, egg, and cheese are the best, but the cajun filet biscuit is pretty darn good, too.
My advice is: do not go here between 10am and 1pm during deer season. The parking lot and drive-​through are full of trucks with atvs in the bed. I think every hunter in Anson County comes here for breakfast after their morning hunt.
Every family get-​together in the county has at least 3 boxes of their chicken and biscuits. I think it’s actually a law here. I don’t even like fried chicken, but 2 – 3 times a year I just crave some Bojangles’ chicken.

Nice stop from from Charlotte to BHI. Close by cheap gas too (HESS)! The chicken is always fresh, BUT they do occasionally run out and make you wait. Nice staff.
