Great local place and close to Baylor for fro-yo. Very friendly staff. Best part is the location.

Oso’s offers self-serve, pay-by-the-ounce frozen yogurt(YoCream). It’s family owned and operated, and that ethos carries over into their name(bear in Spanish), 10% discount for students, and hip, college-student-friendly music. They’re located in a small section of an old, reclaimed red-brick building. That means the number of flavors isn’t overwhelming, but there’s sufficient variety among them and the toppings that you won’t miss the their strip-mall-based competitors. The price is about par for the course: ~$ 5.

A local version of what we call Yogurt Land in CA. ~10 flavors of yogurt, in various health levels from low fat to «premium». You fill up your own yogurt cup with as much or as little yogurt as you want, in any concoction of flavors you desire to mix. Oso has a pretty standard yogurt shop bar full of candies, fruits, and cookie bits that can all be added to your yogurt cup. You pay by the weight of your yogurt, so take it easy your first time and your yogurt should come out ~$ 5. The girls at the register are friendly, and the store occupies a cute little corner of the Spice Market shopping and dining center in downtown Waco. A good place to stop after a day spent enjoying Cameron Park.

Happy Hour froyo?! You have come to the land of milk and honey(it’s in the Bible). The froyo tasted amazing. There were a lot of options for toppings. The girl who worked there was super friendly. PLUS you got $ 1 off for happy hour which is 5−7pm. You just can’t go wrong here. PS. froyo stands for frozen yogurt. It is a Cali thing

We tried Oso’s Yogurt today, and I am really glad we did. I had the cookies & cream yogurt with crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup topping, as well as the georgia peach yogurt. My wife had the Hershey’s Kiss chocolate yogurt with crushed Heath Bar and crushed Oreos as toppings. The yogurt was excellent; really excellent. It was very cold(good for 100+ degree weather). Other frozen yogurt places sometimes have yogurt which melts more quickly; I prefer the colder stuff. If you prefer sweet over tart, as I do, then these flavors will make you happy. The toppings were various and appealing. They also have a sign which indicates free wi-fi, but I didn’t try it. The yogurt was fairly expensive(cost us over $ 8), but it was worth it. We will be back.
