If u need your watch battery to be replaced and the guy tells you to come back 20 – 30 mins better stay close to them, my wifes watch whom I gave her as gift for christmas needed some battery chnged and when she comes back the «Indian guy» told her that there were something wrong with her watch. he gave it back with the hands of the clock unattached and part of the wall peeled. he charges 20 bucks replace the battery and suggest to leave the watch and says he knows somebody to fix the watch… and of course its a different fee. what a rip off. he should pay for both services really… cant wait to call mall authorities on this guy.

Like the convenience of being close to a place that puts batteries in watches. I had a battery put in one of my watches and when I got the watch back, the background was a little «bubbly» looking. They said they’d fix it for free (of course). It’s been like a month and a half of «sorry, I don’t think he got around to it yet. I’ll leave him a note.» Last time I went over there, a girl that works there wanted me to walk to another jewelry store in the mall to check on my watch, that they sent over there. Really!
