Took my phone in 4^th of July weekend for screen repair and had my phone back the next day fully repaired and working perfectly the best in Waco by far

I highly recommend. Very professional and it took them less than 30 minutes to fix my phone.

Had my iPhone 6 speaker and an iPad mini glass repaired. They were fast and friendly. My phone was repaired within an hour and the iPad was finished later the same day.

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time I’ve had a positive experience. A guy with red hair helped me and my phone was fixed both times within a hour. The cost was inexpensive for my specific issues. Their commitment to excellence is the reason I will use them again and refer to friends.

This place is shady… we are from out of state and needed our cell fixed. We left the phone with them for nearly 2 hours, they didn’t fix phone accurately. They may have put a used battery in it… it wouldn’t charge past 3 percent! Then it randomly rebooted itself. We need the phone for our business… when we came back to have them fix it., they didn’t offer an apology for the huge inconvenience either. Used battery!!! $ 200!!! Not impressed!!!

I feel very lucky to have found this business.
Recently, I carelessly left my phone on top of the car and drove off. Of course it fell off and was run over but wasn’t totally crushed because of the otter case. The rear camera was destroyed. I looked into buying the rear camera replacement kit but luckily found iphoneMD instead. They replaced it, ran diagnostics, and for less than I found the kit online. They did everything while I went to lunch. I hope not to need them again but I’m glad to know they’re there.

Fast, affordable, and fantastic customer service. Customer service and turn around time is much better here than other phone repair places in Waco.

I have used them several times. They have never said the words, «I can’t.» They always fix the problem with a smile on their face. Great customer service, great skill. They are very willing to answer any questions I might have as well.
I could go on and on about the great service here, but the easiest thing to do is to say that i highly recommend them.

One day after work I pulled my phone out of my pocket to charge it. Except, the charger wouldn’t fit in my iPhone 5S all the way. (Note: I do not use a case for my phone.) There was something blocking it, therefore, not allowing me to charge my phone. Also, people had trouble hearing me on the phone as well. After inspecting it myself, I couldn’t find anything in the lightning charger hole that would block my charger from being urged in all the way.
Upset, I went to AT&T to see if they could do anything, for I do have insurance on my phone. They simply told me that there was indeed something in the charger hole and that my options were to simply out right buy a new phone or use my insurance and pay a $ 200 deductible for a new piece! Screw that!
I learned of iPhone M.D. from my brother who took me there today. I walked in and promptly was greeted. I forget the guy’s name who looked at my phone, I’m sorry, but he asked to look at my phone which I gladly explained the problems I was having. He then took it to that back and within 2−3min came back out to the front.
He told me he cleaned out the charger area and there was indeed something nasty built up inside it. He said it was working fine and that it was charging once again! I asked him what I owed him and to my surprise he said «nothin’»! Wow! How badass! These guys are legit and the real deal. Their prices are right on the money, literally (; and they have great customer service. Will use them again if I have any other problems with my phone!
Definitely an option to look into before dishing out the money for a new phone.
