Chicken nuggets, waffles fries with Chick-​fil-​A sauce! Yummy! If I have to eat something quick out I usually try to make it here. Great food, service & the long wait doesn’t bug me because the service & food are good.

They deserve 10 stars for their customer service alone! The food is what it is… fast food. But the lady manager who gave me a coupon for a free sandwich because I arrived around the same time they were changing from breakfast to lunch was just awesome!

super nice folks that really handled a rush well. My waffle fries were outstanding but my Grilled Chicken club was not good at all. The chicken was rubbery with an overabundance of seasons — but mostly salt. I like cajun food so it is hard to overseason any of my food — but this was plain just not good. I think chick-​fil-​a is usually a cut above most fast food — but not this time.

Excellent service & excellent food! Get there before lunch time though or the line will be long!

Chick-​fil-​A in Waco is Awesome!!! Everytime I eat at the one off of Franklin Ave. I always leave with a smile. The staff is over friendly and always look for ways to exceed my expectaions. Not only myself but I also notice other customers recieving the same treatment. Way to go management team and staff at this location. Highly recommend!

Never thought a chick fil a manager would hang up on me. Called to ask about a job and the manager was upset, perhaps he was having a bad day but no need to be short tempered.

I was having a rough day and decided to go through the to-​go at chick-​fil-​a. As I drove up to the window, a manager was handing me my food, and the window kept shutting on him. He was very friendly and kidding around. It turned my bad day around and felt good to laugh. It’s the small things that count, and I appreciate the customer service.

Like nearly every Chick-​fil-​A restaurant, this one has friendly service and consistent food — at least in my experience. The only problem is that this location can get very, very busy. Thus, at times it takes a while to get the food out. Waco needs another free-​standing location (in addition to this one and the one at the mall), I think.

This location has very consistent, positive customer service experience and fast service too. The food is always freshly hot and your drink is rarely ever flat. As a whole, the employees are usually all great w/​praiseworthy attitudes especially daytime ones, and i know that’s not easy!
This time the most weirdest thing ever happened to me today as I went thru the drive through around 12:30pm. I found a moldy cup of something at the very bottom of my bag!!! It’s like some bad employee’s last day and I guessed they did this on some yolo shyt, no even funny or cool. It was in my salad bag and I was scared to eat my salad, thinking about the prepping process — wondering if it was safe or even clean.
I would report it to Chick-​Fil-​A but last time I reported something, all I got was 2 coupons for free chicken and a promise that training would be reinforced. Considering its fast food chicken and fries (served with class), about what I expected though in hindsight.
I have made a report before (only once, last yr) on a very rude employee who singled me out each time on 4 random trips being extremely rude and acting like there was nothing I could do about it anyways. He still works there, a very tall twin younger guy I believe? Now he’s super nice fake each time I see him, go figure.
Anyways, this is probably as great as justice gets for food places these days, on here. So I’ve taken a picture with my iphone just now of the moldy junk thrown in my bag!

One of the most efficiently run and consistent fast food restaurants I’ve ever experienced. Chick-​Fil-​As across the country should pattern their lunch rush devices after the Waco location.

Always consistent with great food and great customer service every locations we go!

This Chick-​Fil-​A is wonderful! I believe I’ve only had one time where my order was wrong, but the manager quickly fixed it. The employees are very friendly & the service is great. & I love that they don’t call themselves a «fast food» restaurant. They are «quick service». & that they are! Even during the lunch rush, they manage to get your order taken & quickly get you your food.

I went to this location for the first time and was caught off gaurd on how busy it was. They had people outside taking orders. It was crazy busy, but it was organized. I was a little sad that my spicy was not all that great this time around, but I will still return and give it another try.

Great Chick-​Fil-​A service! I dropped my to go order and they ran over and it me more fries! When it is really busy, the managers run a tight ship and everyone is constantly working and helping one another to complete all of the orders.

Awesome as chick fil a goes and head and shoulders above other fad food restaurants. Miss Jeanne is the hostess here and always sends my kids a card for their birthday! Awesome food and service!
