I can’t believe you’re still here! I stayed in #9 from 1999 to 2002! It’s a 2/2.5 and 1200 sq ft, with the guest bathroom downstairs, splitting the spacious kitchen from the living room. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, with walk-​in closets for roommates to share.
Rent back then was $ 600 a month, and split that between 4 people made it dirt cheap!
There was even one time a car ran into one the apartments, making a big hole in the brick wall.
The location is great, as it’s just behind Hankamer and easy access to the rest of the campus. Granted, the actual apartment is not as nice, but hey, you’re a college student!
Good times… good times.
