Customer service is fine, food is decent enough. However, they’re really cheap on the meat at this location. I’ve eaten at many, many Primo locations — this one, without a doubt gives the least bang for your buck in my experience. I’ve given this location several tries, but from now on I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Marlton location.

My first Primo Hoagie, wasnt a very good experience. The sandwich had no taste to it & the bread was to hard to even try to enjoy the sandwich. Despite coming during lunch hour, they were very fast with preparation and good customer. Too bad their hoagies are tasteless, i would not recommend this place to others.

This location is definitely one to avoid. We live around the corner from the Voorhees location and my husband loves Primos. But after numerous disappointing experiences from this one, he refuses to go back. They constantly mess up the order and the hoagies are barely packed with anything. For the price you pay and compared to the other Primos locations, there really is no excuse. Disappointing to say the least!

My friends and I ordered a tray for New Years Eve. Despite the fact that I got to the store 5 minutes after close, they were more than happy to help me and even carried the tray to my car. Diablo tray was amazing. It’s more than halfway gone and we’re only an hour into the party. Primo’s is amazing and never a disappointment.

Good service and great sandwiches! My favorite is the Italian hoagie with sharp provolone cheese and the Chicken Diablo.

Great service and delivery is fast. It only receives 4 stars because I find the Marlton location makes slightly better sandwiches and are open later. Favorite sandwiches are the Beef Diablo and Italian Diablo. I know some people like crusty hard bread, but some of the bread is so difficult to eat, I throw out some of it because it hurts my jaw to eat it. It is sometimes a burnt texture. I have never experienced this at the Marlton location. Delivery is available with a $ 15.00 min. for the order. You should stop by sometime to check their extras that you can purchase such as different sides, chips, and drinks. There are no tables to eat at inside(if I remember correctly), but if you want to eat outside on a nice warm day, that is an option. Call ahead to place an order — give a min of 45mins during lunch hour for delivery if they are busy. Ask about their Rewards Card. You earn points towards a free primo for every primo you buy.

Have to say that of late hoagies here have been hit or miss. One day my order is great– good meat to veggie ratio but then it will just be a crap order! Once in a blue moon I can understand, but my last 3 have been unworthy. I’m too far from Lee’s in Marlton for a quick lunch run but will just hold off until I can get up there next time. For an 8 buck sandwich I’m gonna need you to get it right more often than not.

I love Primo’s and this establishment is no different. My favorite to get from here is the diablo chicken sandwich or if I’m on my diet(which I need to be more) the turkey lite with low fat swiss. Muy bueno!

I absolutely LOVE their hoagies. The bread is just phenomenal. So crusty, yet hard and chewy. You just have to try it for yourself! I am a big fan of the Audie(turkey, roast beef, and cheees). Their diablo sandwiches are also very good. I went in yesterday for a sandwich and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. I had my sandwich in no time at all. :) Five stars for quality. I’m not sure if this is still the case, but they didn’t use to deliver on Saturday, which pissed me off when I worked in Voorhees. If I hear that this has changed, I will be sure to give the full 5.

Oh, man… What can I say? This is my go to when I feel like cheating on my diet. The Crusher is to die for and writing about it is making me want to go get one. I’m so glad that Primo Hoagies is a part of Eagle Plaza. The restaurants in that plaza are all pretty good and Primo is one of the best — hands down! Oh, their shooters are worth every penny, btw. Enjoy!
