This is a great practice, and Dr. Soble is a top notch physician. The staff is professional and friendly(which seems to be rare qualities these days), and scheduling an appointment is never a problem. The wait time is average, but that’s because they actually spend time with their patients instead of rushing them out the door. I highly recommend!

Bad Medicine!!! At Family Practice Associates of Voorhees they seem to think that they are so much more important than the patients. They are simply an assembly line of prescription pushers. If you are truly looking for a diagnosis this is not where you want to go. They will not under any circumstances disturb the assembly line routine, omg if you have a special request. If you go here strictly for prescription then great but if you want a real doctor that will take the time to get to know you, find out what is wrong with you and actually treat the problem then you want to go else where. They are more concerned with the pharmaceutical reps then they are with their patients, the staff is just as arrogant as the doctors as hard as that is to believe. They must all be family members to keep their jobs. There is not one person that works at this practice(and that is a good term since they are far from getting it right) that comprehends what Customer Service is or how to execute it. Keep looking do not go to Family Practice Associates of Voorhees.

Even after being a patient here for years, every time I would go in for an appointment, they would act like they have never seen me before. They would open their little glass window and tell me to sign in(no hello or good morning or hi how are you…) and they would shut the little glass window again. I would sit there patiently until they would open up the little glass window again and say«we need your copayment before you go in»…so I would pay and they would shut the window again. Talk about a cold office. After probably my 20 or 25th appointment, I forgot I did not have any cash on me for my co-payment. I wanted to put it on a debit card. They said they did not take debit cards nor checks. They gave me a hard time and said normally they don’t allow anyone in if they don’t pay their copayment — mine was $ 15 at the time. I had to swear up and down that I would mail them a check as soon as I got home. The look I got from the little window person was a look to kill. Thankfully, they let me in but they let me know they were not happy about it. I liked my doctor but I could not stand the front desk people. I have since switched doctors and am glad I did as my new doctor’s office has very friendly, nice front desk people and after my 2nd visit they are always very welcoming.
