I have mixed feelings about the Cooper facilities in genreal. I recently went to this one for a cat scan on a Saturday. They took me in ahead of my scheduled time. They were very helpful and professional– it was my first cat scan so they explained everything. It literally took two minutes. They explained the result portion and had me on my way– I was out before my scheduled appointment time! GETTINGTHEAPPOINTMENT however is where I start to dislike the Cooper system. I called at 11am on a Tuesday on a fifteen minute break at work… on hold the whole time. 20 minutes later and no one answered. I had to hang up and go back to work. On my lunch break at 1PM I called back… 25 minutes and finally I got through to someone. The scheduling process was kind of lengthy in itself– took close to fifteen minutes. The girl was nice though. So all in all. mixed feelings Cooper should have better phone systems in place where you can leave a message or have someone call you back when it’s your turn in line… VERY inconvenient.
