Too bad I did not get to try the services. However, after one of the workers who was driving a van harassed and cursed at my husband on the road, while driving the van, I definitely will not use the services. If you cannot be professional on the road, it can only be worse when you are in my house.
81923r1 is the information on the van that followed our car for 2 miles, endangering the road and the kids in our car, and when asked why, all he could do is yell and curse even more.

We had a ceiling light fixture in our Kitchen start smoking. The wires were actually melted! Which caused half the power in my house to go out on a Friday evening. I called TriCity, assuming I wouldn’t hear back from anyone until Monday morning. However, Nick called me back within the hour. He did some trouble shooting with me over the phone. But when I told him about the melted wires, he came out to the house Saturday morning. He figured out the problem pretty quickly, got us set-​up with a new breaker and switch and we are good to go!
Nick is AWESOME!!! Very friendly service & much appreciated!

On a Sunday afternoon, I smelled an odor off burning plastic in my house. shortly after I didn’t have power to a room. I called the a few local companies, left messages and none of them returned my call.
Tri-​City was the ONLY company that answered my call and was at my house on a Sunday afternoon. They came in, found the problem and fixed it all in the same day.
Luckily my house didn’t burn down do to an electrical fire. An outlet behind my bed was half burned. Thanks again Tri-​City for your quick response on a Sunday afternoon at a great price. I recommend you to any and ALL my friends.
