Blackstone Granite & Marble

Blackstone did a great job installing our kitchen countertops about a year ago. They also stored our remaining quartz slab so we could use it for our future bathroom remodel about 8 months later. A few weeks ago I called them because I had a couple of nicks in the seam of my kitchen countertop, caused by me, and they came out and fixed it for free. Really great guys and excellent customer service.

I love my counter tops!!! Asafi was extremely helpful and his quick email, phone response was superb. Quick order, super economical, fast delivery. It was hard to visualize my Carrera Quartz from a small sample but Asafi reinsure me that it will look great and any remnants left over was mine to keep. Thank you all of you for helping us to complete our dream kitchen!

Having been very frustrated with other recommended granite installers, I stumbled upon Blackstone Granite. Asafe and his father are remarkable. They treat their customers the way customers should be treated and that is with honesty and respect. They are responsive, communicate often and are genuinely there to help you. There prices are the best I found after calling 10 other installers and their finished product is remarkable. I have had several granite countertops installed but this is the first time I have seen the level of detail that was taken to match the grains on the tops and splashes to make it appear as one continuous slab. I was pleased every step of the way, from initial conversation to final install, and I highly recommend them. I you want quality service and products, use Blackstone. We recently did our Bath remodel, main reason was to remove the old grout tiles to make it more easier to maintain so decided for granite.
We got the Blackstone help in getting this project done –they did complete the job from start to finish except the electrical, plumping & glass works. They scoped the whole activities from demo to install of the granite for both Tub and Shower areas.
Blackstone team by Louiso and Asafe was very responsive and very hardworking to meet our requirements and they completed the whole project in a little more than 2 weeks. They did the demo, prep and installation successfully and team worked couple days late thru the evenings to get it completed.
Few challenges I had working with them was in the communication and coordination which they were not clear on the some of the dependencies of plumping, hotmop, etc which I had to be a little more involved to get those done. Also little surprise was on the additional costs they charged which I feel was due to their little inexperience in doing bath/​shower.

I highly recommend this family owned company. They were all very prompt and courteous. The counters came out beautifully!!! They matched all the seams and the result was outstanding. Asafi and Sam and his coworker were very professional. They cleaned everything well before they left. Precision to detail was exceptional. Black Stone Granite will definitely be the company I call in the future!!!

As an experienced real estate developer, investor and property manager, we have employed many of the local San Diego county granite companies, only to be disappointed with the quality of i workmanship, reliability, and general lack of integrity. Blackstone Granite has installed the granite for two bathrooms and the kitchen in our home. The bathrooms were prefab and installed in a professional manner. The kitchen was a slab. They let us come out while they laid it out. They matched the seams and all the edges. It came out beautifully! They were on time (actually early to accommodate us), reasonably priced, and very professional. They cleaned up the mess before leaving. We highly recommend Blackstone. Ask for Sam.

I am so pleased with the job this family just completed, fabricating our quartz kitchen counters. At one time even Mom was there making sure the mess was completely cleaned up after a long day. This is a team dedicated to making the customer completely satisfied with the job. Blackstone made a template on Friday and had 95 sq feet of counters and backsplash installed finished and sealed by the following Thursday. We are impressed. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Blackstone granite recently installed our quartz countertops on our home remodel. They were excellent to work with from the beginning. It is a family owned business, and everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful. They even installed a ridiculous, pain in the neck IKEA sink (Domsjo) for us at no charge. Everything came in on time, and the installation was completed quicker than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone; even my parents will be using them in 6 months when they remodel.
