They move very very slow. I seriously thought someone had ordered a huge order in front of me in the drive thru… but nope. Each car got 1 order, no food, no wrong order return. just slow. This was around 9:30am so not during rush before work. Will never return.

I come to this Starbucks every day. Not even kidding. I order the same thing: tall Americano with extra cream. It is always delicious, and is super convenient since I live right around the corner and it’s on the way to where I work. It’s a way I treat myself during the day. The new baristas at this Starbucks make the line REEEALLLLYYYY slow! I used to always rave to my friends about how fast the drive through is and how great the baristas are, but as of the last few months, it’s been very slow and inconvenient and the baristas don’t make a point to talk to you! Even when the line doesn’t look very long, I have to plan on leaving for work an extra 10 minutes early so I can get my morning coffee. I’ve even gone inside to see if it is faster and it isn’t. I hope this Starbucks figures things out or I will be finding a new coffee joint to go to every morning.

I will keep this review short and sweet… no need to be a blow hard for Starbucks, you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all in terms of the products offered. This is my preferred location, based off of the service and location. This location has a drive thru and is in a little shopping center with a Pita Kabob, Save Mart and a few other conveniently placed stores if you need to pick something up besides some liquid crack. The service has been good, I wont say perfect every time but no complaints. My drinks are fine as well, the Peach Green Tea(minus the lemonade… yuck), the seasonal Chestnut Praline, my all time favorite Peppermint Mocha… have all tasted great and have been served in a timely manner. I also fancy their chocolate croissants, they taste so good when they have been warmed up. So yeah, I am a fan of this Starbucks. Parking isn’t always easy as they share spaces with the place next door and it can get congested. I have had to park by the KFC at times, but guess it was a sign that I needed to work off those calories that I had just drank.

This is my fave Starbucks in Visalia! I drive from Ben Maddox all the way to Walnut & Akers to specifically go here. They are fast and friendly! Best of all, they are consistent! I always get a great drink! Josh has been there for years and he’s extremely nice and friendly! I’ve never seen him there without a smile on his face. If you come here on a regular basis, he will always remember you, ask how you’ve been and be your BFF. The newer guy, Nico, is very nice as well! If they aren’t super busy, he will politely engage in conversation with you at the window. Best of all, unlike the other Starbucks stores in town, this place ALWAYS tells me to have a great day with a warm smile!

Rudest work environment ever. Worked here for 3 months and decided to quit because of how unprofessional their employees and managers are there. These people make me hate Starbucks. Even to customers they are super rude.

I saw that Starbucks had a sale for their specialty cups, as displayed on their website in store and online. NOCOUPONREQUIRED. Asked them to ensure they were on sale, but because they were not aware of the sale refused to give me the discount. Which is fine, however they then walked away from the register and left me standing there humiliated. MULTIPLE staff members stated they could not change the price, although I know they can because every business has that option. I was pretty upset that they assumed I did not want to purchase the cup. No one asked me if I still wanted the item, just simply ignored me and continued with their job. No apologies, rude staff and absulutely no customer service. Makes sense why this Starbucks had terrible ratings in comparison to others In town. Will be calling corporate soon.

Just went to this location in order to vanilla bean mini frappachinos for my kids and they put espresso in them! I had to give them back and request coffee free ones be made! So ridiculous. They charged me for two shots of espresso. Didn’t refund me the difference or offer free drink coupons. Would not recommend going there.

It’s a busy friendly place… you have the option to sit indoors or enjoy the weather outdoor. …expect traffic with all the construction going on with the new fire dept that is being built !!!

This is a nice little Starbucks, located on Walnut Ave between S. Akers and Linwood in Visalia. There are 6 tables out front on the sidewalk shaded by the building soffit. Inside there is plenty of seating, including a long long wooden table suitable for small(non-confidential) conferences, meetings, or study groups. This Starbucks is decorated with the standard corporate-ordered earthy tones, but there was a large colorful mural on the wall depicted a lakeside scene complete with trees and benches, people and animals. It is all very peaceful. I did not notice many electrical outlets located near the tables. They could be well hidden, but I’d make sure your electronic devices are well charged before you arrive — just in case. There was a nice display of cans of Teavana teas that caught the attention of my friend and I.(I am very pleased by the partnership of Starbucks and Teavana) We both ended up taking a tin home with us; she chose the English Breakfast tea and I chose the Pineapple Kona Pop. I have already brewed mine, and fell in love with it. It is an herbal infusion of pineapple, citrus, apple, and rose, and therefore is caffeine-free. The tin does not look very full, but it holds enough tea to make 15 cups since it only takes 1 ½ teaspoons to make each cup. Be aware that, like most Teavana teas, they come as a loose leaf tea, not a bagged tea. You’ll need the proper implement(a tea infuser) to prepare it. With the amount of money I spend at Teavana, you can be certain I already have several on hand. While at Starbucks, I also ordered a tiramisu latte. I know that it barely qualifies as coffee since it is mostly steamed milk and syrup, but consider it a hot liquid dessert if it makes you feel better. The service was quick and efficient. The barrista went down the line of waiting customers asking us for our drink orders so that he could start them before we even reached the register which kept the line moving quickly. We were in and out with our order in minutes. When my friend tasted her iced green tea she made a face and announced that she forgot to tell the barrista not to add the sweetener. They happily(and quickly) remade her drink for free even though it wasn’t their fault that the drink was not what she wanted. I’ve always appreciated that positive attitude towards customer service when I find it at a Starbucks — truly legendary.

Their drinks are always made great. Not a big pan of their pastries(at this specific location) My morning bun tasted stale. It tasted as if it had been out for 3 days at least. Most of the pastries I have gotten from here have been drier than normal. Get their drinks… not their pastries.(Only this location)

Excellent coffee, but slow, slower, slowest service. The barristers seem to need to chit-chat with everyone who comes in the store. Just give me the over-priced coffee and let me the hell out of there. I don’t «do» perky in the morning. OK?

Hate their coffee… love their froo froo dessert drinks. Love this starbucks in particular because i spent every night my entire senior year in high school studying for the SATs or writing papers here and the baristas came to know me and my posse well so we were treated to occasional free drinks and given the«mess up» drinks(you know, the ones that are like, «oops one two many pumps of so-and-so syrup» or «oops, made an extra on accident»). fond memories of this S-Bucks
