Worst drive through service ordered three burgers not one of them is right wont be doing burger king anymore

Worse Burger King ever period… I was the only one in line and no one was inside and they still made me park and wait for my burger. It wasn’t even hot to begin with and they didn’t put cheese! I don’t understand why you make your customers wait when there are like ten people working. Should have went to A&W…

What happened to you?! Two months ago I wouldve given this place 5 stars! The staff was friendly and super helpful day or night. The food always tasted fresh and soooo good. Now though. different story. Don’t come here late like around 10 and on. The staff seems pissed that they’re working late. They kind of rush you to take your order and twice now the food has not tasted fresh«fries especially.» Being in customer service I know you can’t always be super happy to get customers but you gotta at least have some friendliness when they come to your window. I’m so sad to see this place go down like it has. Burger King was the late night option, not anymore.

Im not hatin, I’ve worked fast food. I know, it sucks but your job isn’t that hard. if your customers are waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru, you’re doing it wrong. If i ask for 2 kids drinks, i wont«just take it» when you give me an extra large drink. Someone some where would actually be grateful to be employed and not have an attitude towards their customers. Especially when they have given no attitude back.

This burger king is close to my school, so i come here more than any other burger king. The staff is always friendly. They were swamped this morning & it appeared that they did not have enough people on staff. From what I could see there were only two or three workers. One in particular named Stefan, was working particularly hard. He kept his cool. Did his best to help the customers, and was very polite, respectful, & friendly. He even took our names to call out our orders, instead of just a number. Hire more workers for the rush times, & Give that guy a raise Burger King.
