Pros: Excellent customer service given by a white lady with long wavy blonde hair with a smile and competitive prices on IPhone chargers and 3 ft. charge & sync lightning cable in addition to well-​stock over the counter medication…
The pharmacist (a black gentleman) went above and beyond to ensure I will pick the correct over-​the-​counter medication.
A manager is on call ²⁴⁄₇.
It was easy and free to park at this ²⁴⁄₇ store, which is conveniently located near a Kroger and a Harris Teeter.
Cons: The corporate policy is you can only get a store credit if you were to return anything with a receipt.

Great customer service. I don’t think I’ve been to a Walgreens where I was greeted at 11pm with a smile. Oh yeah, best thing ever? They’re open 24 hours. Lifesavers!

I have had very few even decent experiences with this Walgreens location. One of my recent refill trips I used the online system to refill my prescription for pickup. I was able to put in the order with no problems, no messages came to my email or phone warning me of any problems. In fact, I got a text saying my prescription was now ready for pickup. I arrived at the drive thru window only to be told that only one of the three requested medications were ready. I asked why I hadn’t been contacted in the 24 hours since I had submitted my online request. The tech mumbled something about computer systems and «it should have notified you». Where is the personal responsibility? A human being was filling my order, had an issue with it, and stopped filling the order, but couldn’t bother to call a customer to tell them there was a problem? Instead, after having given 24 hours notice before picking up to save time, I was unable to get my cardiac medications without waiting another two hours. The problem? A pharmacist had to re-​submit the order is what I was told. So apparently, they were waiting for me to come in to initiate the process that could have been done with one simple phone call the day before. Horrible customer service, I received no apology and was made to feel as though I was at fault. This was all after waiting 27 minutes to even be helped.

I have come to believe that Walgreen as a chain drug store is so well managed that they are consistently above average any place you may go in the country. Maybe I am turning into my Dad who insisted on visiting Walgreens three times a week, hey I am getting close. It was always a joke with my family that Dad gets a Walgreens gift card for Christmas… and you know we did that every year too.
This location was clean inside and out and is one of the few 24 hour WG pharmacies in VB which was a must for us at this later hour tonight.
Friendly staff greeted us when coming in the door. I headed right to the pharmacy to find a very helpful pharmacist that went out of his way to rush us out with my son sick and needing to get to bed. Within 10 minutes we were on our way.
Something that I also like about Walgreens is there rewards program, check it out. Keep up the good work.

The pharmacy staff went out of their way to help my out-​of-​town guests determine the correct dose of medicine for their baby. They really went above and beyond. My one previous experience with the pharmacy was positive as well. Unfortunately their computer software does not allow them to bill both of my insurances, otherwise I would come here regularly.
The rest of the store is nice and they have a big selection of all kinds of items. Overall, this Walgreen’s is pretty great.
