Idk who they know that they got to write all of these great reviews, but I highly beg to differ. If you read their reviews on Google, you will see that many people agree with me. My grandmother turned 92 — a big deal if you ask me — so I ordered flowers through one of the nationally known flower companies. They used Virginia Beach Florists for the process. Mind you, I have used VBF personally before and not been disappointed. I spent a good deal of money on a large arrangement that contained a lot of flowers, including a minimum of six roses. It arrived to my grandmother with TWO roses, and about ten other flowers. MUCH smaller than the one I had ordered. The vase was also different, and missing decoration. When I contacted the flower company, they told me VBF would pick them up and redeliver a new arrangement, that day. It is now two days later & I was contacted by the company letting me know that VBF refused to redeliver, they insist they sent the correct arrangement. Which they didn’t. Ridiculous and really upset me for ruining my grandma’s big special day.

This place is amazing my family has had so much work done from them as far as funeral pieces, to fresh cuts, Valentine’s day flowers for my little cousin’s girlfriend and even ring dance thi gs made. Everyone is so friendly and the delivery drivers that have delivered my items are ALWAYS pleasant and nice. Keep up the fantastic work ive told all my friends about the shop via facebook, instagram and in person

Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this business! First time using them and they far exceeded my expectations. I was trying to surprise my spouse at her office when it turned out that I wasn’t feeling well enough to cover our regular business. They could have just delivered to the original address but when her office let them know where she was actually working today they went the extra mile to bring it to her at our regular business. Flower quality and fragrance, arrangement and presentation is superb! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
