Do not use this service unless you don’t have a preference as to what type of vehicle you get. They did a bait and switch. I reserved the Cadillac SUV. The reservation said Caddi. When the lady called, I also confirmed with her the vehicle. The vehicle that arrived was a Suburban. The driver said the Cadillac was unavailable. No way would I have paid that type of money to ride in that. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
