I have never been to this location and walked away upset. The employees are all more than helpful. I had the opportunity to speak with a young man named Shawn the last time I went here. He was outgoing, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Because I didn’t bring my receipt with me, he was unable to help me with the problem that I was having, but I didn’t walk away feeling like I wasted my time nor was I disappointed. The customer service is such that when you walk in and know that they have done everything they can to help you even if the outcome is not what you had hoped for… you don’t walk away with a bad taste in your mouth and like you don’t ever want to shop there again.
This store is immaculate and well organized. The employees all seem to have good rapport with one another and often help each other if they aren’t busy.
