I had to quickly get a unit before my movers came, and Dana was super helpful and fast, along with being very friendly and answering all my questions. I also think that the location of the property is in a really convenient and safe place.

The employees, Jenn and Dana, were very polite and sociable. The kind of customer service you should expect to recieve anywhere you would go.
The property itself is well maintained, which is important And will always speak volumes about quality. I know personally Ive used stone very sketchy looking storage companies in the past.
Overall another wonderful public storage experience. Will continue to use this company for my storage needs.

Jamie was the most friendly and helpful salesperson I have ever encountered at any Public Storage on both the east and west coast. I was incredibly impressed by her kind demeanor, superior positive attitude, and patience. She most definitely went above and beyond her duties to provide me with outstanding assistance. Her exemplary customer service alone is the reason I will remain a customer of Public Storage. I wish more people would follow in her footsteps and provide the kind of exemplary customer service she provides on a daily basis so that they too might have such a positive and inviting experience. Excellent Friendly staff from the time we rented till the time we vacated. Chanele was always friendly and willing to help us on the various questions posed. We would DEFIANTLY rent from them again!
