Pizza Hut

So I ordered a pizza yesterday from what I thought was a good place. Guess I should’ve read the reviews first because this place is terrible. I order a pizza, and 3hrs later when I called to figure out where it was they told me that the person came, rang the doorbell and even called several times without me answering. They said my voicemail wasn’t set up so they couldn’t leave a message. That’s BS! My voicemail is set up, my bell never rang, and there was no missed calls in my inbox. Anyways, I want to thank the gentleman I talked to because despite the reviews, they were never rude to me even when I was pissed and cursing a bit. I want to thank the driver that was very polite once I did get my pizza and I always tip drivers well because it’s hard out here and they are just doing their jobs. My advice, get your system checked and figure out the problem ppl. Then fix them and manage the business better. I won’t be ordering from here for a pretty long time because I rarely eat pizza and you guys really killed it for me yesterday. Guess it’s papa johns or Chanello’s next year when I eat pizza again…

I ordered pizza from them online and it said it would be less than an hour, over an hour later and still no pizza. When I called the store the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and was not helpful at all and argued with me.

This place has rude as poeple! They got my order wrong! They have no respect for the customers! They made me very unhappy! They need to get there specials right also!
