When I am sick or need minor medical attention, this place is always my first choice. They are sooooooooooooooo much better than Patient First in so many ways. When you walk in you notice that there are never a lot of people waiting, why? because they actually see their patients in a timely manner! What a concept! I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in the waiting room and usually my wait is only about 5 minutes. Also, the waiting room looks and feels clean, compared to other places! The receptionist actually acts like a friendly receptionist, instead of the jail warden attitude you get at Patient First.
My co-​pay has never been more than $ 20. The doctors and nurses are also very friendly, they LISTEN and have always helped my situation no matter what the case has been. My personal favorite doctor at this location is Dr. Chow. He’s a ball of energy, always makes me smile and is very funny and personable, but most importantly really tries to help all of his patients which is what matters. You’d think I’d want to work here or something, but the germaphobe in me won’t let me be around too many sick people! lol
