I was having headaches due to an over exertion in my neck during a workout a few days before. I just walked in. There was zero wait. Dr. Sheena Cox explained about the practice and helped me feel comfortable. I’d never had an adjustment before. It’s amazing what they do! I feel great an will definitely be returning here for routine maintenance. Office was extremely clean also.

I work down the way in the same shopping center as this office. 6 months ago I had a very painful back injury from lifting that was progressively getting worse. I have no health insurance and all my doctors wanted to do was drug me and scan me or cut me. All of which I could not afford. I decided to check this place out since it is only $ 20 bucks for an adjustment, the Chiropractor I tried on Battlefield charged $ 35. Dr Vinnick or Dr. V as I like to call him, he also answers to Dude, was in the day I came into his office practically in tears. He saved me, he has brought me back to life and back to exercising. I ended up with a herniated disc with Sciatica, numbness in my foot all the way up my leg and at one point could almost not walk. After 2 rounds of Steroids from my doctors I put my faith in Dr. V, set a plan to see him 3 times a week and he assured me I would get better if I stuck with him. They have a plan if you pay for 12 visits up front it is only $ 15 a session, cant beat it! Dr. V was right and I began to feel relief. I am now in almost no pain, my limbs are no longer numb and I am back to light walking for exercise. He is kind, witty, funny and so compassionate. We are now very good friends and I only have to see him occasionally. I’ve never met Dr. Flinn but I hear hes great too. Honestly Dr. V brought me my life back and I cant thank him enough!!!
They have 2 offices, once in Kempsville and one in Great Bridge.
