Holiday Lighting and Design

Not sure where to start, but it’s now Feb. 1^st and my lights are still up and this company has still not taken them down. They have set up many dates to take them down, and then just never showed up. They have now stopped answering my repeated phone calls. I should have known something was wrong because he told me to make the check out to him personally so he didn’t have to pay taxes on these jobs and that i had to pay for everything up front. I will be seeking legal actions now. This is so unfortunate, but if this helps someone else I’m glad.

Absolutely the best and beyond what we were expecting! First off, they were far more affordable than any other company we found out there with no absurd minimum price to meet. We have a very steep, high roof that we weren’t able to reach. We found Sam and his company for help at Christmas and got way more than we could hope for! Not only was his team extremely professional but they were very accommodating and quick to respond. Lights are a high quality, professional grade and yours to keep. Once you purchase the lights you only have to pay for installation the following year. No low quality LED flickering or strands that will short circuit after the first week. Way better than anything you are going to find at a hardware store! The lights were custom cut to our roof measurements with no hazardous hanging lights or extension cords. As I said, the lights are custom cut and tailored to our home taking external outlet locations into consideration. Book early because the guys at holiday lighting and design are the best ones for the job!
