Love this place! They have great kettlebell selection, all kinds of hiking accessories and camping supplies. I love my yoga accessories and they have that there too. When they have sales are the best times to go!
We love smart wool socks and this seems to be the only place in Va Beach that you can find them for a decent sale price! Of course there’s a lot more that they have to offer and I usually have a great experience with customer service, with exception of this visit but hey, everyone can have an bad day.

Probably the best-​equipped and shiniest CrossFit facility in the area (by this I mean it’s not your standard bare-​bones warehouse with concrete floors — this place is upscale)! Working out here was a pleasure. Penny and Jess are awesome trainers and the GSS family made me feel right at home (I rolled my ankle during the running part of the workout and two people stopped to pick me up off the asphalt, awwww). Will definitely visit again.
Bonus — it’s connected to the main GSS store which has a huge range of military and first responder gear, fitness equipment (kettlebells, olympic bars, bumper plates, etc), and camping/​backpacking gear!

Fantastic Crossfit gym with outstanding instructors! Attention to detail is essential here. They ensure you are doing each move correctly so you don’t get injured. Plus, they will tailor your workout to your fitness level… tough but achievable each and every time.
