Don’t go to this place if you want a decent meal. We ordered our food and waited so we thought it would be good, well we were mistaken. Then there was a lady there that went behind the counter(she wasn’t an employee). When we got our food it was the worst ever. We probably had enough cheese to go around the world 4 times and the grease on the plate was awful. The food had no taste what so ever. He didn’t make our sons food he forgot cause he was to busy talking with that girl. When we were leaving they asked us how it was and we said we didn’t eat it, it wasn’t good they asked us if we wanted boxes and we were liked ohhh no. Then to put the icing on the cake they didn’t ask us how they could fix it or tell us we didn’t have to pay for half or even any of it seeing as how we didn’t eat it. I will not go back to this place at all or recommended it to anyone! STAYAWAY!!! Very disappointing dinner.

Terrible management previous & new both included. Tried to use Groupon a couple of weeks back, arrived to pick up order, wasn’t even in oven, manager told me he would be right back, going to store to get some cheese. Just tried again, arrived to get my order & told new management does not accept Groupon. The place is also a dump!

Don’t buy the groupon, owner will not honor it !! From someone in the customer service field, this is not a smart business move.

We went on a Friday afternoon. We had purchased a Groupon. We got there. It it took the one guy working about 5 minutes to acknowledge us. We showed him out Groupon. «We only take those Monday– Wednesday.» There was nothing on the Groupon indicating any restrictions of its use. They refused to accept it. We left. Place was dirty and obviously not doing well.

I ordered through EatStreet for this place and never even ate it. I ordered at 12:40PM, an hour later the food hadn’t come. I called Gino’s and spoke with a woman who told me the food would be on the way soon, but offered no explanation or apologies for the fact that it wasn’t here yet. When I asked, she told me that the order didn’t come through their system. Still, no apology. An hour later, my food still isn’t here. I called Gino’s again and asked for a refund, spoke with the same unapologetic woman who told me she’d get the refund done through EatStreet. The kicker? Five minutes later, the delivery driver comes to my door with the food in a bag. I can see that some of my food has toppled and sauce is everywhere. He offers to give it to me for twelve dollars, I tell him I already cancelled, and he says«great, I’ll eat it in my car!» I didn’t expect great customer service or anything special, but it would’ve been nice if anyone I spoke to said sorry or even seemed like they cared that their establishment was failing to get me food that I’d already paid for. I won’t be trying this place again.

This place is great. I got a warm welcome when I walked it. There was traffic in and out so I guess that makes this place popular. I went there right after getting my hair done next door and boy did it hit the spot. I ordered the Philly steak with provolone cheese hot peppers mayo lettuce and mushrooms and a soda out of his fridge. My total was like $ 10 so it was inexpensive. My sub was about a foot long. He made the sub fresh which took about 10 – 12 minutes. I’m not a fan of his drink selection thou. Everything was off brand like(cola, pinapple soda, orange soda) it tasted kinda bad. But had to drink it. The sub was nice and hot and delicious. But I would recommend getting a drink else where.

This is not a bad place after all. I’m actually shocked with the reviews, thought there an average local pizza joint. Guess someone is having a bad hair day!!! I love the interior of the place. It has a fun and cool interpretation. The place may seems so old but its well maintained. I rolled on Wednesday night and ordered a large size of meat lover pizza. The amazing sauce accentuates the crust, cheese and other toppings. The crust is perfectly cooked. The cheese is not very stringy because it was thoroughly cooked and separated from the oils and has absorbed the sauce. Overall, thought it was flavorful. My only criticism, it was a bit salty in taste buds. The real question is, would I come back? Of course, I will definitely give them a try and perhaps advise them to minimize the salt.

Pretty horrible and flavorless pizza. Actually the entire experience was horrible. I ask the pizza man for a slice slightly warm. He leaves it in the oven for over 5 minutes until I have to ask him to take it out. When he pulls out the overly large slice it breaks in half. I then get to watch him retrieve the remaining goop and piece it together on the paper plate like its a craft project. I sit down to try and eat it with the cheap plastic utensils and it can’t be done because of the heat and the edibility state of overcookedness. I return it telling him I have a bad tooth and need it only warmed and slightly warm and some third tepid description. He takes the last slice and starts the same insane process again. By now the owner is in the kitchen and I have to ask him to take it out of the oven. All this process and it’s one of the worst slices I’ve ever eaten. If this place was in Jersey it would last two weeks. Ps almost forgot to mention the lady talking on her cell phone the entire time covering several topics including bad teeth and extractions. Ugh. Get some manners you hillbilly.

Was in VB and found a Groupon for this place, and since we don’t go more than a few days without eating Italian took a chance on it. Ordered 2 calzones, 1 stromboli, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Now we’re from Jersey and we know good Italian food so we knew we might not exactly be loving our lunch but we were pleasantly surprised. Only thing we didn’t like was the onion rings they were way too overdone. Everything else was very good and large sizes so we were happy. Also thought the marinara was pretty good and they didn’t skimp on it. Can’t comment on their pizza since we didn’t get any. Total came to $ 40 and change which we thought was reasonable considering the large portions.

Stopped by here about a month ago to get cheesesteak sandwiches. Delicious and inexpensive. Way better than the cheesesteaks I had in Philadelphia earlier that day!

When I read the reviews for this place I was highly skeptical. But then I thought, «hey, this place has been here for as long as I can remember, so why not try it?!?» I mean seriously, ever since I was a little kid Gino’s has been here. I never tried it growing up so figured I should give it a go as an adult. We walked into a dead restaurant and the guy behind the counter wasn’t all warm and fuzzy and welcoming either. But then I remembered one of the reviews I read about how the owner is from NY and the attitude is very NY, which is why I wasn’t upset when he wasn’t excited we were there. We ordered a 16′ pizza, hot wings, and mozzarella sticks. We were told it would be 20 minutes. So we left and walked around outside while we waited. When we returned, the place was jamming! There were three people waiting for orders and the phone wouldn’t stop ringing. We got our order to go and took it home. The pizza was cheese and pepperoni with a light sauce and the crust was thin on the bottom with a nice thick crust around the edges. I liked the pizza well enough that I would probably order from them again. The mozzarella sticks were probably frozen store bought that were deep fried for me, but they tasted fine. Nothing fancy, but good. I didn’t try the hot wings because my boyfriend had ordered those. He said they weren’t bad but they weren’t amazing either. Overall, this place isn’t bad. I would rather give my money to a local shop than the Papa Johns down the street.

Went here for a slice and a soda. First time… pizza was undercooked. Second chance: pizza was just bland and average.

Went into Gino’s for a late night(9pm is late night for me) snack. We just wanted a few slices of cheese pizza. There were only two slices left, and we bought them. I don’t know how long they were sitting out, but it was still delicious. Yeah, service isn’t impeccable, and the guys didn’t seem friendly(they met my every need just fine — heated my pizza up and gave it to me)…but to me, it made it all the more authentic feeling! Felt like i was in New York City or Brooklyn! I’ll go back to try the pasta and Gyros.

If you care about food safety and customer service, please don’t eat here. I stopped by today for the first time to get the 2 slice special(2 slices + a can of soda for $ 4.99). I stopped by with a totally open mind, as I love supporting small local businesses & restaurants, and don’t mind a hiccup or two as long as the customer service and food quality are fantastic. First Strike: I originally wanted the combo mentioned above, but decided I didn’t want the can of soda, so I asked her to change the order to just two slices of pizza. Two slices at 1.75 each + 50 cents a topping per slice + sales tax should not have been more than $ 4.80, so I wasn’t sure how my total came to almost $ 6. When I asked about the price, the girl at the register said«the soda was included»… I’m pretty sure she charged me for it anyway. Second Strike: Right after I placed my order, a customer that had just picked up a takeout order returned to complain about her salad. The menus posted throughout the restaurant say each salad contains cucumbers, but the salad the customer had been given didn’t have any. When the customer politely asked why, the girl at the register became very rude, and said that the restaurant has never had cucumbers in their salads. First rule of customer service: never argue with a customer. Just apologize and correct the issue. The register girl seemed to think it was more important to be defensive and make the customer feel stupid than to make things right… which became apparent when the customer became frustrated and left. Deathblow: I paid for my order, and a few minutes later when I sat down to eat it, I realized that the pineapples I’d just bitten into were moldy and fermented. Pineapples straight from the can are not supposed to be fizzy and sour tasting, unless that can was several years old. I called the restaurant, and the same girl that took my order picked up the phone. I attempted to politely let her know that she might want to replace the pineapples used for topping, as the ones I was served were moldy and bad. She became very nasty with me over the phone, and said to me, «Well, that’s not mold on the pineapple. Those spots are from the can opener. Besides, I just opened the can today.»… Really… If she knew there were spots of any kind on the pineapples, why would she serve them? Also, their pizza tastes like feet. I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about this place. Perhaps it’s my fault for expecting too much from a cheap pizza place… but I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. I’ll never go back, and am telling everyone I know to be wary of this place. After all, if this is the type of place to let the pineapples go bad, who knows how disgusting the rest of their food is…
