This is my favorite Chinese delivery in VA Beach. The food always arrives quickly and it’s alway hot. My favorite is the General Tso’s chicken, it is consistently good.

The food is decent… but l quit going there because the fried rice sucks! Its the ONLY chinese place that has yellow rice and is not good! Every chinese place i go to does’nt have a YELLOW colored fried rice… they are darker color and taste much better!

the food is fine, typical of any other fast Chinese food spot. IT was probably hot at some point, but by the time it got to me — It was no longer even warm. That’s irritating enough… but what I’m extremely disappointed in, is the wait time. I ordered the food at 1:38 pm — I called at 2:15 to follow up and although I placed the order well after the lunch time rush — the fella that answered the phone said the delivery driver was on the way. It was almost another hour before the food finally got to where I was. It was delivered at 3:04 pm. They are only a couple of miles (per GPS) down the road from where I was today, and it still took that long. Crazy! I won’t make this mistake — ever again.

China Town has become my new, go-​to Chinese takeout place. The eating area, wait time, and menu are fairly average. The food and service are better than average. The prices are great – $ 5 for a lunch special that is more than I should eat (I do anyway though).

As for simple stuff because of food allergies. They got the order wrong for the 3rd time.
This time however when I answered the door for delivery the delivery driver kicked my dog in the face. It was an African American woman with grating dreadlocks.
I should have called the cops! This place sucks!

Very disappointed. The reviews looked great and my husband and I were not interested in leaving the hotel this evening so we called in an order. It took more than 45 minutes to get here. That wasn’t even the issue. As my husband was dishing us out some vegetable lo mein a very long black hair came out with the noodles. I have blonde hair so it’s not from us. Needless to say that is where the meal ended and we’re left hungry and $ 20 poorer.

I love this place they haven’t failed me yet. it seems to be hard to find a Chinese food place around here that gives you your money’s worth!
This place does that they really hook u up.
The only complaints I have is their tea tastes terrible
And their delivery does tend to take quite a while.
However I’ll wait a little longer for better quality and quantity of food. i always have plenty for me and munchkins to have leftovers for lunch the next day!

I ordered takeout, I got spicy chicken and when I got home realized they gave me spicy shrimp. It didnt taste good at all, just slopped together. Also the crab rangoon and fried shrimp I ordered both tasted like they were in the freezer for some time. Very disappointed.

I have ordered delivery from Chinatown many times and today I just so happened to pick-​up my order instead. Today, I experienced probably the worst customer service that I have ever seen. The cashier girl was so rude and was continuing to be rude to the customers that followed after me into the restaurant and those that were on the phone. They make fantastic egg rolls, but I will be finding a new Chinese take-​out place because of the horrible service that I overheard and experienced.

Was in town for a training class and decided to order in and found Chinatown online. Gotta say that it was actually really good! The steamed dumplings and the egg drop soup were the best I’ve had in awhile! Reasonably priced as well! Easy ordering online!
