I like this location. They are really fast and pleasant. They also host little events. My daughter and I went to a mother daughter tea here. My daughter loved it. We dressed up and had tea cups and cupcakes

Not the best chik fila. Asked for 3 bbq sauces and only received 1. Cool not a problem; you’ll receive 1 star for my 1 sauce. Suck it fools!

On rare occasions I take my kid to school I happened to notice this place was open. I’m not normally a fast food fan, but after dropping the kid off at school, Chick-​fil-​a was calling me by name… you need coffee, you want coffee. You know that your pantry is emptied of coffee! Come, come to me and get some coffee! So I did.
As usual the drive though was busy so I parked and went inside. This particular place got a face lift! The most impressive part, a table was set up with a linen table cloth and a sign that said, «Do not touch.» It was set for soldiers that are MIA/​POW. How cool is that?!? This place has given me the warm Fuzzies! Fast food or not, they will defiantly be seeing more of us!

I live just about the same distance from this location as the general booth location and I would much rather come to this one. The friendliness of the staff is stereotypical chik fil a which just leaves me feeling good that they are always so nice. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic although I am not a huge fan of waffle fries.

Quick, fast, efficient… and great food.
They will have their grand re-​opening on 02 April 2016. They did a layout change… looks good.

Let me start by saying that I am happy to be able to eat Chick-​Fil-​A again, as are my friends and family. I boycotted it for years and years, and for three years I even had a sign on my office door that students couldn’t eat Chick-​Fil-​A in my office. Yes, I am that girl. I get all messy and political at times.
Let’s fast forward. The morning after it was announced that Chick-​fil-​A no longer supports anti-​LGBT groups financially, I woke my daughter up early and we went for Chick-​fil-​A before school. Since then I have been a regular and am happy to report what I love about the chain.
Number one, their service. It is impecabble. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring people who want you to have a good experience. Mind blowing concept, but they have it down.
Number two, the chicken sandwiches. When I was pregnant I craved chicken sandwiches. For months. And ever since I have still enjoyed them regularly. The fried, spicy kinds. And Chick-​fil-​A does them well. And my daughter loves the chicken nuggets. Usually when we order our food comes so piping hot that we need to let it cool first. Fast and fresh — always.
I also really like the waffle fries but not as much as McDonalds fries. But I don’t eat McDonalds, or at least try not to, so waffle fries it is.
(please note, we went this morning and the First Colonial one is closed for renovations)

They messed up my meal and took them four tries to get it right. I’m not going back to this Chick fil A, even with the free sandwich coupons.
Done.

I had the pleasure of speaking to one of your sweetest most helpful employees on January 15 at 5 pm. Her name was Peyton. She was so kind and helpful. I will be a customer for life and share my experience with this sweet young lady on Facebook and with my friends. She is a asset to your business. We need more employees like her in customer service. Love patronizing this location!!! The staff (all levels) are always amazing, polite and professional! Hilltop shows that you can just BE NICE to your customers!!! No drama and consistently correct orders = regular customer!!!

Sweet sweet Chick-​fil-​a heaven. I’ve been here two times, months apart and the service is always great, the food is always perfect, and the restaurant is always clean. It’s so good that I feel like I ought to tip for such great service. I love this place and I want to move here just for this restaurant!

Excellent service every time I eat at a Chik-Fil-A…this location is no different from the others that I’ve been to… an employee even opened the door for me and my wife after seeing that both of us were carrying a child…

On the road again and again at another Chick-​fil-​A! This review is gonna be simple and sweet just like their chicken sandwiches and lemonade!
From the exterior to the interior, this restaurant is über clean. The staff is friendly providing quick order taking and table delivery. And of course, the food is d-​d-​d-​delicious!!! Chick-​fil-​A sauce is a must w/​everything!
No grunts this time. But maybe a suggestion: maybe a «SLOW» sign at the exit of the drive thru to alert drivers to pedestrians leaving the restaurant. I don’t want any kids getting hurt!

Good, not great.
Stopped in for a dine in breakfast. Slow service with not enough staff.
The parking lot and door entry was free from debris.
Cashier was friendly enough. Order correct and delivered to the tables. and tasted great. I went back up for a second time to get something to go. A man was there waiting because order incorrect.
The dining room was clean and trash containers within their boundaries. This was a great sign, but also keep in mind it was pretty dead.
I got home and found that my order was incorrect and instead of four mini, I got a three mini. My daughter was not pleased at all at the mistake. There was no receipt in the bag to keep and dispute.
I rarely go to this store, but will be more often because I expect to be in this area more often. I have had issues with this store before and cannot provide anything other than on par, to just below rounding up.

This location is probably the worst one!!! It is the closest one for me so I keep going back but there’s this cashier who I have complained about how horrible her customer service is so many times to management and she still standing there giving people hard time. I’m not complaining because I want to! It’s because her attitude is something you get when you get a call from debut collection! She won’t tell us our total, she won’t ask any questions about food or sauce, and she is done taking order after one meal so if you got more than one meal to order she won’t talk the rest of time and keep asking you «that’s it !? «The whole time. And I never get my order right. There’s so many drives back and forth because they can never get their food in the bag.

Gosh I love Chick-​fil-​A!!! Amazing chicken sammies and great friendly service. Lines can be pretty long but hey eveyone loves it there so expect it!

The food is always good of course. The lines are almost always long. Sometimes it is pure madness which has led me to park and go in a few times. When I’ve gone in service has been speedy and the staff provided service with a smile.
This location has a kids play area. I came here with a friend and her 2 year old and the little guy had a blast and so did the other kids.
I get the exact number of condiments I ask for at the drive thru, I don’t want to run out of ketchup for my waffle fries.

Super delicious sandwiches and fast service even though it was crazy busy! You can even order the tea or lemonade in gallon size! I wish we had this place in Hawaii!

I always visit this location after I get my hair done in the attached shopping center. I have never gone inside, but their drive through has the double lanes which is a big help! The line still wraps around the building though. The staff is always friendly and when I ask for extra sauce they don’t just give me one packet like other locations. I love the chickfila sauce!

I have been to this chick fil a on 4 different occasions where they have shorted me one chicken nugget. Three times at breakfast and once at dinner. I know it’s not a big major deal, but if I’m paying for a 4 count mini meal or an 8 piece nugget meal then that’s what I should get. It makes me wonder how many times that actually happens and is this is a way for them to make more money while expending less inventory? If you took all the times it happened to me, that’s enough nuggets to make another complete 4 count meal. Other than that issue I LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A. The service is fast and my order is always right and the staff are super friendly.

This is by far the best Chick-​fil-​A in the area. From service to location to food, this is definitely the place to go in Hilltop. In fact, we drive from Chesapeake past three other Chick-​fil-​As just to come to our favorite.

This chick fila holds up to all of their standards! They are flawless so far with me.

Of all the fast food places to go to, I enjoy Chic-​Fil-​A the most. Their spicy chicken sandwich is, well, SPICY! And their waffle fries are addictive. They also have the best milkshakes in town! I also like the fact that they are not open on Sundays because of how strongly the owner feels about it. That says a lot about her and it trickles down because EVERYONE at Chic Fil-​A is very positive and friendly.
