The response time was fast, and the guy getting to me was fast too. Base rate to arrive is, $ 15, rates start at $ 29.99. The guy shows up in an unmarked car. However, I didn’t like paying $ 95 for my car door to be popped open. Rates start at $ 30, I was expecting it to be around $ 50. I asked as to why its so high, he claims «its because my car is older than a 2010». My car is an 06. I’ve heard this line before, no thanks. This will be an expensive lesson for all car owners to make sure they do not leave their keys inside their car.
Overall, fast response time, took less than 10 minutes for both arrival & opening my car door. My bill was $ 110.

I made the mistake of trying to talk to my mom on the phone while leaving the house to go out for dinner last night. This was the first time I had locked myself out since moving here. Great timing, as my husband and my roommate were both on underway, leaving me alone with no one to call and the spare missing. I called Bells because they were honestly the only place I saw with 24 hour in their title. Ed showed up promptly and had me safely inside my house. I was worried that I did not have cash to pay, but he could use my debit card. Huge relief. I learned my lesson and am getting a few spare keys to keep around, but if the worst case scenario happens again I will be calling Bells.
