Okay AVOID AVAOID AVOID!
They got our order wrong and then put the items back behind the counter and gave one to another customer… we had opened it and touched it! Nasty. I worked in fast food as a teen and that’s a big no no.
Then while eating we noticed a dead roach under our table! YUCK.
When we left we saw the cook out by the dumpster smoking.
The next day upon driving by all the employees were outside on a smoke break in the front of the restaurant at the same time.
This place is hopeless.

Arbys was my first job ever! i worked there when I was 16 till i was 18 (not at the location). For 3 years I ate there almost everyday. Did I ever get tired of it? Heck no. The prices definitely have sky rocket though. But the food is still as delicious! Speaking of the service at this particular one though, it was a little slow. We did drive through. He accidently handed us two shakes and we told him it wasnt ours and he allowed us to keep them. *WINNING* Besides it being a little slow I have no other complaints! I will return!

When you read 3 negative reviews you should listen, I didn’t. The counter service was terrible. I had to wait on the gentlemen in front of me who had a gift card and the Rep didn’t know how to process it. So it took 3 employees to do it. However it had to be processes on the drive thru register since the counter register wasn’t taking gift cards or credit cards.
The food wasn’t much better. The warm apple crisp was not warm. Guess it wasn’t in the microwave long enough. Once I got my food I sat down at the table. Here comes the employee spraying the tables with cleaner. So much you could taste it.
As far as appearance, don’t look up at the ceiling fans. They haven’t been touched in a while. I love Arby’s just not this place.

First of all, the ONLY reason this place got even 1 star is I couldn’t write a review with it.
This place has THE worst service I’ve ever experienced in my near-​40 years. When I pulled up to the restaurant, three employees, all wearing headsets, were sitting at a table outside. They turned out to be all three of the employees working behind the counter and the drive-​through.
The man taking my order spoke so fast I actually had to ask him to stop and slow down as he repeated my order. I got an attitude from him as he repeated the second time. Then, when I got to the window, he (same guy I saw sitting outside — turns out his name is John) opened it and handed me a drink carrier — no hello, no nothing — jut shoved the drinks at me and took my card. He still said nothing when he handed back my card and receipt. In fact, the only thing he said to me was to ask whether I wanted sauce.
He handed me the bags of food and I asked his name. Then I asked for a manager. As I started speaking to her (also one of the people sitting outside) «John» walked off, laughing. The manager apologized and offered me a turnover. Seriously? Like that’s going to fix the shoddy service. Incidentally, the girl who tried to hand a pie through the window was the third person from the table outside.
My au jus sauce wasn’t lidded correctly either; in the half-​mile drive to my house, it leaked through two bags, onto my dress and all over my leather seats.
Terrible, terrible service — NEVER go to this place!

We have been here twice and the first time was ok. The second time not so much. We ordered through drive thru and we got our orders 10 min later. That’s a while for drive thru. On top of that they didn’t give us our curly fries. So i went back in and told them that we didn’t receive all our order. Response from server «uh what? can you wait». Second of all wrong thing to say to a customer when your the one that made the mistake. Jeez. I waited on the side and then i went to sit down because they were taking awhile just to give me my curly fries. When they did give me my curly fries it was half full. We ordered a large. I was pissed and i just left. Basically we’re not going back to eat their again.

Most VAB fast food places are pretty good, better than average at least. And, generally, I like Arby’s ok… but this one is just «off».
Something about it, damp-​ish smell, iffy service. Just not really up to what you generally expect. The food seemed right enough, but the place was just, «off».
