I normally stay away from any chain. However, A.J. Gators is precisely what it is supposed to be. Any location I’ve been to was consistent. It’s bar food. Bar food done right. Always delicious fried heart stopping American fare. And hey. Once in a while I need some of that.

This is one of the best AJ Gators I have been to. It is large and has multiple bars and ample seating inside. Set up more like a bike bat(right across from the Harley Davidson) but roomy and plenty of seating. Pool tables and even a stage for live music. I have seen the place packed and now I know why. Had good service when we went and the outside seating was open. Plenty of TVs to watch the games too.

Clean, good vibes, and solid beer deals. Good place to watch the game and food is really decent. Slight dive bar feel without feeling dirty

I’m not sure what the issue is with this place. For a restaurant of this size to stay open with no customers during the early afternoon seems like a waste of money. Silly having 200 flatscreen TVs on with no one to watch ESPN talk shows on them, too. I was the only customer in there, and the reason I was in there at all was because I was waiting for a ride home after dropping-off my bike at the shop next door. The menu is nothing to write home about. I had the«Tuna bites’ — ordered medium; arrived rare. Go figure. Not recommended. Can’t prepare app’s right? Come on, now!

We were there on a Tuesday at about 5:45. Just a few people were there. The staff was very polite. Our waitress was helpful when we asked questions. They are moderately priced and the servings are large. Their happy hour is from 11 – 7 pm everyday. We will definitely go back and would recommend it. The only negative is the patio area needs and update. Weekends they do offer live music and they have 2 pool tables.

Are you kidding me?! Made the monster mistake of going there to watch football last Sunday. OMG what a s$&t hole. First off we walk in and it’s Cleveland Browns bar WTF!!! There were more browns fans in the bar than there are collectively in the Browns stadium it was ridiculous. Some loud obnoxious non-employee was on a microphone the whole time broadcasting his idiocy throughout the building and between him and the drunk DJ had the combined IQ of a wet towel. Made the mistake of thinking he was an employee so walked up to ask to get black screen off of my game, as I walked up he saying to the supposed«DJ» «F$!k em if they ain’t Browns fans» NICE! Great thing to say looking like an employee. Bartender was so rude didn’t have the time for anyone Bc you are way understaffed. Football specials? On a flier on the table, don’t worry we didn’t thaw the items on the special menu so nope you can’t have them. Also got love it when 30 or so folks go outside to see there game that is on outside order drinks order food only to have obnoxious browns fan with microphone come out and demand the TVs be changed to the browns game, so the 15 TVs that were already on the browns game weren’t enough!!! The outside patrons were outraged! As the should be! Then«I don’t work here» obnoxious browns fan tells someone they must move their car? But I thought you didn’t work here!!! During the browns commercial breaks the BLARED music so loud you can’t concentrate EXCUSEMETOOLIO we are watching our games. This place will NEVER see myself or my other friends again. 3 people who spend about 250 a Sunday watching games. Dumb move. They get specials!!! Seriously!!! Just for being a browns fan?!? What about your other patrons? Why alienate EVERYONE else for the sake of 30 to 40 individuals? Those same seats would be filled if you had all the games equally shown! AJs you have lost me forever. Dumb move.

This used to be what I believe Knuckleheads… the Witchduck Rd location. It’s Saturday night. There isn’t much going on. Not the, «hey, it will pick up in a bit.» It was dead as a doornail until a big group of us from the roller derby bout rolls inside. Even at that point, the staff wasn’t jumping for joy to make some tip money from the party. I’ve been inside this place before it became AJ Gators and it’s been packed. That’s because there was a band playing. It’s Saturday night… no live music. For a place built for it I would expect nothing less. That would be my draw. I wasn’t the only one thinking all of this. Hope the next time I roll in they have something going on that makes me want to stay beyond two beers.

I’ve been here several times and each time the staff is super friendly! They’re drink specials are pretty good and drinks aren’t over priced here either. My only issue with this place is their food. I’ve tried a couple of different items and they’ve all been okay. Normally we just stop for a couple of drinks since my husband and I both agree the food isn’t that great. Overall the experience is always nice and the bartender always remembers us.

The house chips are really good. Wings and sliders are not bad. Nachos, if made right are decent. OVERALL, most of the food is okay… typical bar food. Good place to watch the game or a band on the weekends. My big complaint is why they think that it’s okay to have a hook for toilet paper on the sanitary napkin trash can.?? Big NONO! That’s just gross!
