Definitely the best Vietnamese food around. I’m not a vegetarian, but I always get the phở with tofu, veggies, beef broth and rice noodles. All of the ingredients are always fresh. I also love the chicken clay pot. Everything is delicious– you can’t go wrong at viet bistro!

Great restaurant. This is easily the best Asian restaurant in the county. Order anything on the menu and it will be good. We like the viet phở or the vermicelli noodles.

I love this place. It’s one of my go-to lunch spots. Though I’m not vegetarian, I limit my meat consumption to about once a month or so(usually on holidays or celebrations) due to personal health reasons. Viet Bistro is one of the best places in the Vineland-Millville area to go to for veggie meals. They have vegetarian options for noodles, rolls, curries, and more. They are also very cheap – it’s frequently cheaper for me to have lunch at Viet Bistro than at the Saladworks right next door, even after tip.

The Viet Bistro is located inside of the Cumberland Mall, if you take the back entrance it’s just a few feet inside, making it convenient for take-out. The food is good. I’ve had a few different items here; the clay pot, crispy egg noodles, crispy veggie spring rolls, pork chop, chicken with vermicelli, and the fried wontons. Besides the wontons(which had no taste), everything is pretty tasty here, especially the crispy veggie spring rolls with their special dipping sauce and the crispy egg noodles. I have sat down and eaten a couple of times and It is very pretty for a mall eatery, but very small and waitresses are hit-or-miss as far as attitude and ability to serve so I tend to stick to take-out only.

This place started off doing well but lately the service has deteriorated to a point where I just won’t be coming back. The food in general is ok considering the options at the mall aren’t the greatest. However the service is terrible. Not only did we wait and wait and wait just to order our drinks but the waitress continually forgot portions of our order and ended up brining out the rest when most of the food was gone. No to mention that everyone around us was getting served which made me think she was avoiding us on purpose. Never again.

There are very few Vietnamese places that make good Phở and this one is an exception. Their broth are the best! The restaurant is locates inside Cumberland mall, so its a convenient place to stop by after a long day shopping or a quick stop by to pick up food to go. Definitely recommend!

I have visited Viet bistro located in the Cumberland Mall a number of times and I can vouch for the consistent quality of their food. Their grilled pork is delicious, the Ph is good and my favorite is their version of bún tht nng or the grilled combination platter with bun(or vermicelli noodles). Their bubble teas come in a variety of flavors and are pretty tasty and authentic but I prefer my bubble teas to have the traditional chewy black tapioca balls or boba but Viet Bistro(like many places) uses the newer translucent ‘popping boba’ or a juice ball filled with various juices that pop as you bite into them. They are easier to use and there is certainly less waste for the business but the taste and texture are completely different than traditional black tapioca boba. That said, it is a minor criticism and the food is pretty authentic, delicious, fresh and reasonable for what you get. When I am in the Millville area, it is a great choice for lunch.

We continue to enjoy this little treasure of a resturant hidden inside our local mall. We did not all arrive at the same time and were slow to order which was reportedly just fine with our patient and friendly server. Our order was promptly taken once we had all arrived and served shortly afterwards. As usual the food was absolutely delicious and the service equally excellent. During our meal the owner stopped at our table for her usual greeting and to confirm our satisfaction. Our checks were written up separately which was not a problem and the cost was reasonable. Besides the delicious fare, The unique intimate service and friendly atmosphere maintained by the staff really make the Bistro a stop to add to your agenda weather for lunch or dinner. We are delighted to have such a quaint and authentic resturant in Cumberland County.

The food is good and should get at least four stars. That being said, it gets really hectic there as it is very popular. They run out of items on a daily basis. The waitstaff tries to be nice, but is understaffed. The last time I ordered take out there, which was a few months ago, apparently the cook was having a temper tantrum and refused to cook, and after waiting an hour, the owner had to apologize and refund my money. I have not been back since, but if you can stand all that drama, the food is good.

This place is AMAZING!!! I tried the sweet and sour tofu and it was delicious! It was fresh with green peppers, pineapple, and tomatoes. The combination of all the ingredients in your mouth was delicious!!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and modern. I will definitely be going back to taste more of the signature dishes they offer. They have lots of options for vegetarians!!!

We usually go across the street to Saigon, but on my last trip there I saw that they had gone out of business. I was so so sad. I had a serious Phở craving! Then, I remembered that Viet Bistro was in the Cumberland Mall and thought I heard somewhere that the two businesses were«related» so I decided to head over. I admit, I’d been judging a book by its cover and figured if the restaurant was in the mall it wouldn’t be that good, so I hadn’t eaten there. I’m dumb. The food was great! I ordered my usuals(That I get at Saigon) and everything was just as good. My only complaint — I ordered the beef phở to go and they put the beef in the broth container, so by the time I got it home it was terribly overcooked. Saigon used to put it in a separate little baggie, then I could stick it in the hot broth once I got home and it was perfect. I’m sure if I asked Viet Bistro would do the same. Also, at least with the rice platter we ordered, we got a lot more food for about $ 2 less! In fact, most, if not all, things on the menu are cheaper than Saigon. Same quality at a lower price! I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner! Dumb, dumb, dumb!

We typically eat at Saigon Vietnamese restaurant, but since we were in a rush and were in the mall we ran in viet Bistro. L What a difference. Saigon is so so so much better. I ordered their salad with grilled chicken and summer rolls. The salad was ok but had little lettuce. The dressing was good. The pickled veggies were disgusting. the summer rolls eh. Their fish sauce was extremely fishy. Turned my stomach. I have never been disappointed at Saigon. We will stick with Saigon for sure!

Very healthy food and very clean. I’ve turned into sort of a health nut this past year and I will say they have the best grilled chicken ever. Great value for the money too.

I really like this place! The food is great and so is the atmosphere. It’s located in the mall which is nice. The owner shows hospitality from the moment you walk in. I had their crispy spring rolls and phở. I liked them both. Also try their smoothies I love their coconut smoothie.

i love viet food, but this place totally messed it up for me. As i was perusing through the mall on V-day for a gift, i stopped by for lunch. ordered the summer roll and pork chop rice platter. no egg, veggies looked dirty, too much rice and not enough meat. lunch came to about $ 10 with drinks, but i left still hungry and and angry!

I was a huge fan of Little Saigon on Atlantic City and when I moved back to the Vineland area there was no good Vietnamese restaurants around. I have long anticipated Viet Bistros opening and it was well worth the wait. Im there anywhere from 2 – 3 times a week for lunch and/or dinner and looove it! The best part is my kids love it too, so its a great take home meal! Plus the staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is beautiful! :)

Ahhhhh!!! Joy G. beat me in writing a review first not FAIR! LOL I didn’t even know this place was there. Well the reviews are correct the food is outstanding. I mean even for a mall the place is nice and relaxing. so if you have never been to the Cumberland mall give it a try. The lady that greets you is warm and polite. She doesn’t bother you but does what to ensure you are being taken care of. The only change that I would make is that the refill on water didn’t happen. If there is one thing that annoys me is waiting for water. Being served water quickly is something that I always appreciate at any place that I eat at. Other than that the lemon grass meal that I order was awesome. It have the spice, the grass taste, and meat. I enjoyed it. Also the chicken skewers were phenomenal. Last thing is this, I never have been to a place that has a small cookie or desert for free. I ate the white chocolate pound cake candy and it was amazing. That is something unique and enjoyable. That stood out in my mind the most.

I was really excited to hear that the mall was getting a Vietnamese restaurant. I was even happier to discover that Viet Bistro is an off shoot of my favorite restaurant Saigon. What’s more is that Bistro in the mall has even BETTER food at better prices than Saigon. What more could I ask for? The dining is a bit more casual, but quality has not been sacrificed here. My boyfriend, who is very retiscent to try anything other than meat and potatoes RAVED about the food. We shared everything we got and loved it all. He especially loved the crispy vegetable spring rolls– we bought three servings. Next time we’ll just order the 12 spring rolls for $ 9.99 discount. LOL They were so soooo good. The autumn rolls were delish as was the Phở(Flank and vermicelli). Best thing we had was the grilled chicken lettuce cups, which we kinda fought over. Also, totally addictive and delicious was the coconut bubble tea. I’m not a fan of tapioca, but man that stuff is GOOD. And the owner recommended the cold Vietnamese coffee, which we also tried. She warned me it would keep me up at night and she wasn’t kidding. I was up til 4AM after drinking that stuff! Best of all, the service is just awesome. The owners visit every table to chat and make sure that everything is to your liking. They make suggestions and ask for feedback and are very, VERY friendly. They wouldn’t let us leave without taking a bottle of wine home. Awesome people who make you feel good about giving them busienss, on top of having incredible food. Highly recommended. available for catering BYOB
