The Home Depot

Was short on backsplash tile and this was the only store that had it in stock. Shea was so nice to take my order over the phone and set it aside for my wife to pick up (as she works close to there) she hand picked 6 pieces and made sure they were not broken and ready for my wife to pick up. Thumbs up guys! Thank you Shea.

Been coming here for 7 years and always had a great experience. I would drive past lowes to come here, until today. Maybe they got new management but this place is terrible. Went to grab some things for the lawn but nothing was unpacked on the floor, but stored away on pallets up by the ceiling, unreachable. I walked around the store for 20 mins trying to find a worker and one that even knows what I am asking for, which was a problem for the first time. Finally I found someone that knew they had a lawn department and said he would send someone with a forklift to lay out merchandise for customers to buy (the entire purpose of the store right?) to sell their items by actually unpacking the stuff so we can access it. Anyway after waiting another 10 mins no one showed up, I guess they forgot they had a lawn department again. After years of being a loyal customer to Home Depot, never again, at least not at this store because my life is way to busy to be wasting time at a store with no management. Disgrace…
Lowes is right down the street and closer to me to I guess it works out in that way. Home Depot, come on, get your stuff together.

This store is not that great at all. The staff seems miserable, the product selection is no where near the home improvement place across the street.
If they would only improve moral and hire friendly people, the rating might be better.

When we first purchased our house, I found Home Depot a godsend. Over the years, I have found it to be more a business and less a panacea for me. Yeah, it’s a business.
Some of the product seems to be cheap. I have become more cautious of just getting stuff here.
On the positive side, HD handles a lot of Weber products, so I can get things for my grills as I need them. The garden center is pretty good for basics, although I stay away from the plants and flowers.
More and more, however, I shop at Lowe’s nearby.
