I waited 4 hours today for my service appointment. Nobody ever showed up. Now I’m told that they will be here tomorrow. I guess we will see.

Have used Shamrock three times for various issues. Each time I have been very impressed with the technicians from this company, the quality of their service and the courteous communications. I’ve just scheduled another visit for winter furnace servicing and to have my system looked over in order to get a service contract proposal from them. Do yourself a favor and call them if you have HVAC issues.

Rude and incompetent. Our A/C broke. While our service person was very kind, our AC was still broken when he left. Called again to request that they come back — 2 weeks was the earliest appointment, and the scheduler was miserable and rude. I called the day of the second appt. and was advised that the service man would arrive around 10:30. I called again at 11:30 to ask for a revised estimate, and was hung up on mid-sentence! I called back and was transferred to «Gary» who was equally rude. Terrible customer service by office staff. Will never use this company again.

Updating these guys to 5 stars cause they deserve it. Had a slightly problem with our HVAC this week that prevented it from not working at all. I thought for sure the system was going to be declared dead given its 12+ years old now or at least require some expensive parts and labor. The problem was a simple little fix and just a service calls fee later they were out the door and things were good as before. Top notch service, reliability and honesty. I am a customer for life. Thanks Shamrock.
