Best pizza I have ever eaten!!! Also, they have the most delicious meatball sandwiches in the world!

Delicious pizza! Takes a little longer than most and a little more expensive, but totally worth it! Small place, cute outdoor eating area, but better for eating at home.

I was that annoying a-hole customer that called last night at 8:10PM asking if they could make me a pizza even though I knew they closed at 8:30. They did it without annoyance in their voice and made a wonderful pizza in about 15 minutes tops! Thank you guys! You satisfied my late night hunger and I really appreciate it! :)(and I promise not to do that again!)

Always a good choice for pizza. Legit ingredients made to order in a timely fashion. When we want pizza, this is the place in Orange to order from.

Tried something new last night. We got a grinder sandwich(the Italian). Definitely a must

Comparable to costco pizza only slightly better and more expensive. Been consuming pizza from this same location for over 20+ years. Will not be coming back ever again.

Near our house, fast delivery, good pizza. Their bread & crust is a bit thicker than most places which i like. They are very generous with their toppings(pepperoni to be specific). I didn’t give them 5 stars because I think they are a bit overpriced. But we will continue to order from First Class our business. Oh and… I just ate too much.

Used to be good, the last 2 times were very disappointing. Their fall from grace is a source of some sadness in my life. I used to eat there once or twice a month. If you can get them to answer the phone you could order a pizza that shares a name with some of the best pizzas I have ever had. Once you finally make it to this incredibly inconvenient location you will be treated with a mediocre pizza for $ 25. You will then have to ask your self why you did not just get pizza hut or something like that for all the same quality and less money.

About $ 20 for a large cheese, a little pricey but the pizza is really good. Thick crust, good sauce, and lots of cheese. Everything else on the menu isn’t worth ordering.

By far the best First Class location in the area. This is a bit of a «hole in the wall» because it’s a fairly small space, but they have added some outdoor seating that is really nice. They also have a newly expanded menu, with more salads and some grinders. Regular crust and thin crust are good here, but my fave is the veggie with extra cheese. It is loaded up with the good stuff! They deliver and have carry out, and for pick up it’s usually around 20 minutes. The service is very friendly and efficient. They get those pies out! Try this place for dependable, delicious pizza at reasonable prices!

Definitely one of the best pizzas around. I notice people complaining about incorrect orders and other nonsense like that they put too much cheese on their cheese pizza(SMH), but I’ve never had a problem with my orders being incorrect; not saying it doesn’t happen, but I’ve never had a problem. Now for the pizza itself. This is not a CPK or Zpizza that is thin but still pricey, nor is it a cardboard crust $ 5.99 for a large like Dominoes or Pizza Hut(not saying those are bad, just not going to compare apples to oranges here). This is a gut buster, heavy cheese, heavy sauce, heavy topping type pizza where they don’t skimp on anything. I’m a big guy, 6’0, 240lbs, and I can eat some pizza, trust me… at First Class about 2 slices is all I can handle. They use a tangy sauce as opposed to a sweet sauce like Papa Johns, which I personally prefer, but to each his own, right? The toppings are plentiful and always fresh. I’ve had pizza all over OC and can think of only 2 places which I won’t mention here that can even compare to First Class. If you like good pizza you’ve got to try this one. Be advised Domino and Pizza Hut customers, a large pizza here is going to set you back about $ 25 or so, but when you see it and taste it, you will definitely see why. On my Unilocal profile you may notice I posted a review of First Class Pizza in Chino Hills, and it was bad, burnt, and when we brought it back we were basically told to go F*** ourselves. Never had an issue at this location or the location on Chapman Ave in Orange, these places must be franchised with different owners, so If you live in Chino Hills I advise you to steer clear. Gotta try this stuff, it’s great!

Was quoted 40 minutes for delivery, it’s now been 1 and 25 minutes and still no pizza in sight. Called about 1 hour in and they said it just left the shop. We live 2 miles away. Ridiculous.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative comments! I think this place is great! Wonderful pizza! I highly recommend the thick crust mushroom cheese pizza. HEAVENLY!!! Have been having this pizza for years and I ain’t giving it up!

Friday seemed to be pizza night… so stopped here. Since no one can be happy with the same pizza foe everyone, we got 3 med.‘s. A plain chees, a plain pepperoni and a ‘Zesty Italian’. Also an antipasto salad to share arounf and garlic knots, also to share. Everything was good. The Zesty Italian was a little soggy~ too much stuff in one spot. The edges of all the crusts were good. The garlic knots were a little underwhelming. A little tough and chewy for my taste. Over all, good pizza and good customer service. No real complaints. PS… Don’t trust reviews with no profile pictures… just sayin’.

I ordered the heart pizza for valentines day. It was super cute! It was a super thin crust and my family loved it. I went to order again, and assumed we would get thin crust, but it was a very thick crust. It tasted good, but I was really disappointed it wasn’t the thin crust. From that point on, I only order the super yummy thin crust cheese pizza!

My family and I have used this place virtually every Friday night for almost 15 years. It’s not only excellent pizza and family owned, it’s literally a part of every weekend for us. Thanks guys, keep it up!

just had the worst cheese pizza of my life. I could have made 2 pizzas out of the amount of cheese that was on my medium cheese pizza tonight. gross. how do you screw up a cheese pizza? put an entire ball of mozzarella on it. it was difficult to pull a slice out of the box, as it was being crushed by the weight of the congealed cheese. so you think to yourself lots of cheese? that’s good! no. it was overwhelming in the worst way. sick to my stomach just thinking about it. I’m going to throw the ¾ that is left in the trash and go vomit now(not by choice).

I have lived in VP all of my life. There is a lack of options when it comes to food. However, having to deal with a constant barrage of various customer service problems has been abysmal. I have dealt with mixed up orders, soggy pizza, burnt pizza, and being placed on hold repeatedly for more than 10 minutes.

We tried First Class Pizza in VP this evening(note had been to other locations). When I ordered, the price was not what was published on their menu. When I questioned this, they told me that the prices were different. When I questioned this, they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the manager, and they told me I have to give my #. They told me the manager would call me this evening. They never called, and when I told my friend, she commented that the owner is not customer friendly and that I should not expect much. Lets talk food — the wings were not great. They had a ton of sauce, and were just ok. I have two teens who love wings and I ordered 20 pcs and ended up with 10 left over! I usually can’t even get one myself. The salad was good. The pizza was just ok. This place does not even compare to Zito’s. I feel like I wasted $ 40. Bottom line — I will never go back there again, will never recommend it to anyone, and would tell anyone who wants to know about my poor experience.

Gonna keep this short and sweet. Good chewy crust, flavorful sauce, pretty decent toppings. farm from the best pizza I’ve had, but still, probably the best that I’ve had in California. Why doesn’t Cali have any really good pizzerias?
