A friend tried to back up all our most precious files for us on two hard drives and no matter what we did, we couldn’t access them. It was so frustrating and disappointing! Our friend had formatted everything incorrectly and we were scared we’d never get our files back. We talked to Amir who told us he’d do his best to get our files back. Amir was able to completely restore everything for us! He was informative, gave us an accurate quote, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company with even your most challenging and personal computer/​electronics issues! They were amazing!

In the summer of 2011 I purchased a Sony laptop from best buy. The thing was great until the charging port stopped working. I called Sony originally but they said they since it’s been over a year the warranty expired and I was pretty much out of luck. I pass by this place everyday going to work and I figured I would give it a try. I came in on a Monday and I spoke to amir. He tested it in front of me and said that the issue is a very common one with this type of Sony laptop and he would have it ready in a couple days. I received a call from them on Wednesday and my laptop now works great! They customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place. I also noticed they repair tvs which may come in handy some day.
